I was in the position of the Zhizhi Engineering Battalion in January 2004. In the past two years, with the correct leadership and help of the party committees of the various levels and the direct team, I and the other members of the party committee have followed the requirements of the "Basic Building Construction Program". Seriously fulfilling their duties, paying close attention to the military training center, highlighting the construction of the party committee itself, and successfully completing the tasks assigned by the superiors, the foundation of the overall construction of the camp has been further consolidated. Below, I will personally serve for two years. The work done is reported to the heads and comrades:
First, the main work and good aspects of the work, and earnestly grasped the military training work with the implementation of the training program as the main line, the overall training level of the whole camp has improved. Last year was the first year of the promulgation and implementation of the new "Military Training and Assessment Outline" of the Armed Police Force. The transformation of tasks and changes in the situation put forward higher requirements for military training. As the person in charge of the training of the camp, the sense of responsibility It is very important. Therefore, in the past two years, I have been able to put military training in the first place in all work and continuously strengthen the awareness of the center. First, study the training outline carefully and strictly follow the training. After the promulgation of the syllabus, you can use your time to study carefully, thoroughly understand its spiritual essence, and deepen your understanding of the training tasks. On this basis, according to the annual training plan and outline requirements, scientifically plan the training program. Scientific and reasonable, with strong operability, and can strictly follow the plan, fully implement the training content, and do not change the training or miss training. The second is to pay close attention to training norms and strive to improve the quality of training. Focus on the three aspects of teaching preparation, training implementation and assessment, so that the teaching preparation is not sufficient, the training program is not standardized, the examination results are not approved, and they can often go deep into the training ground to check the supervision and training. The situation is not only to hand over tasks and pressures to the subordinates, but also to use some of the experiences and methods that they have accumulated in colleges and universities during their tenure, and to solve the difficult problems in training together with the officers and men. Due to the quality of training, the overall training level of the whole camp has increased significantly. In the major tasks of last year’s heads of the regiment’s heads of organs with some practical exercises, the year-end assessment of the headquarters, and the project support for flood prevention and rescue, and the destruction of used ammunition on site, they have achieved good results and have been repeatedly received by the superiors. The implementation of regular management work has been carried out, and the standardization of the camp has been improved.
It is able to standardize and supervise the management of the troops according to the law in accordance with the requirements of the regulations and duties. It can usually grasp the small things such as the policeman's policemanship, courtesy, and sales, and standardize the officers and deeds, and focus on duty at all levels. At the same time, we have vigorously grasped the safety management with the main contents as the main content to solve the five key problems. In response to the characteristics of professional training, using explosives, toxic dangerous goods, and vehicle equipment, we started from a strict system and paid close attention to the implementation of the system. The dangerous subjects such as real explosions and actual sprays of the company can be personally presented to the organization, which enhances the security management. At the same time, it can be done without any cover for the problems in daily management. Analysis, in one fell swoop, seriously find the reasons, always keep a clear mind, now the camp's various orders are formal, the system is implemented, no serious bad tendencies, standardized management standards have been significantly improved.

Since taking office, I have always had a deep sense of responsibility and a sense of crisis. In recent years, with the continuous deepening of the regularization of the troops, the standards for army building are higher year by year. In the past few years, I have been in the higher party committee. Under the care and guidance of the heads of various levels, through the joint efforts of several generations of officers and men, the overall construction of the battalion has developed to a higher level, and whether it can maintain this good development momentum as a battalion The chief officer is deeply aware of his great responsibility. Therefore, he does not dare to slack off in his usual work and study. On the one hand, he focuses on strengthening theory and business learning, and can consciously participate in the theoretical study of cadres organized by the battalion and higher authorities. Taking advantage of spare time, I have carefully studied the "cadre training materials" issued by the Armed Police Force, the party's 16th National Congress report guidance book, the "three represents" important ideas, professional tactical theory and other self-learning materials to continuously improve and enrich their theoretical knowledge. On the other hand, paying great attention to the usual work, learning from the comrades around me, constantly learning the working methods, summing up the lessons learned, Work guidance thoughts, when it comes to personal interests and unit construction, can always put the work in the first place, always take the construction of the unit as the starting point and the foothold of their work, correctly handle the relationship between family and personal ideas and work, usually can be strict Law, model leadership, better performance of duties, and the entire battalion of officers and men, solidly complete the tasks assigned by the superiors, work modest and prudent, and self-pressurization, strengthen learning, and strive to improve the quality of Adapt to the needs of army building.
II. Problems and main reasons Throughout the past two years of work, through reflection, there are also some problems and deficiencies, which are mainly manifested in the following aspects:
First, the work is not hard enough and deep, and there is lazy thinking. Especially when there are a lot of work, I can't do all the things together. I often only work on some things, but I neglect the consideration of other work. The supervision and supervision of training is not enough. Some systems are not well implemented, such as The inspection of training preparations and the follow-up guidance to the company's training organization have not been fully implemented, so that the training level of professional training, police officers and non-commissioned officers is not obvious. The main reason for the comprehensive construction of the company is not deep enough. The main reason is that the spirit of hardship is not enough. It often hides the ideological laziness with the busy work, and the work still lacks hardship.
Second, it does not pay attention to the accumulation of work experience, lack of rational thinking, and the quality is not comprehensive. Usually, the study is not fast enough. The research on the training and management of the troops is not deep enough. They often work on the work and find that the problems are not analyzed seriously. They lack rational thinking, especially how to manage the troops under the new situation. There is a lack of research on good soldiers, and the individual's ability to learn is not comprehensive enough to fully meet the needs of military development.
Third, the energy is not concentrated enough, and its own standards are not high. I can't put all my energy into the construction of the camp. I usually consider personal and family issues, and to some extent, I also have some energy to grasp my work. Although I feel a sense of crisis and responsibility for the construction of the camp, I still can't do it. fully get involved. The main reason is that the establishment of the cause of work is not very strong.
