Highway Bureau Director's report
Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee: I have been the director of the x-city branch bureau and the secretary of the party branch since **. I. Performing duties according to law
Our bureau is the functional department in charge of the XX city, the province, the road maintenance production and the maintenance of road maintenance fees. The current control line is 12 218.8 kilometers, plus the xx troops that began to be adopted on May 1 this year. In the camp, 15 kilometers of military and civilians built a civilized road, totaling 233,8 kilometers. 15 road maintenance classes. There are 208 incumbents and 304 retired people. In the face of such a department with long lines, many points, scattered personnel, high labor intensity, many retirees and heavy economic burdens, I am working in this way.
Strengthen road maintenance and provide quality services to the society with excellent road conditions. As the competent department of highways, the carrier of services is highways, and the service targets are car owners. The evaluation standard of service quality is a good road rate. In order to complete the task indicator of 80% of the year-end good road rate and 78% of the annual average good road rate issued by the xx city highway bureau, the measures I have taken are:
1. Grasp the key points and comprehensively maintain. 2. Fight natural disasters and actively repair roads. 3. Grasp the construction of a civilized model road and the traffic image of the city of xx.
Do your best and do a good job in road construction
Since the country has implemented economic regulation policies for several years, the bureau has been unable to lend to banks. In 1992, it was difficult to repay the bank’s 10 million yuan principal and interest. Therefore, all of the four major highway projects currently being launched are investment projects of the xx city highway bureau. The responsibility of our xx bureau is to carry out construction management on behalf of the construction unit, coordinate the relationship between the local government and the construction team, and do a good job in land acquisition and demolition.
Strengthen the work of collecting and ruling, and eliminate the phenomenon of road chaos.
Care about the lives of employees and work hard to solve the housing problems of employees.
Adhere to the principle of two-handed hard work, and build two civilizations.
Second, integrity and self-discipline
In the past few years, I have consciously abide by the regulations of the central and party committees on the integrity and self-discipline of leading cadres. In particular, after the promulgation of the "Guangdong Provincial Party and Government Leading Cadres Clean Government Rules", I asked myself to:
1. Self-discipline according to the rules. I will never do what the higher authorities stipulate that I am not allowed to do it. I am striving to achieve it by the superiors, not violating the rules, not violating the rules, not breaking the law, and being the first leader of the competent position.
2. Use system self-discipline. I strictly act in accordance with the integrity measures formulated by this Council. On the personnel issue, all major issues such as recruitment, hiring, promotion, rewards and punishments, and housing construction projects of cadres and employees have been discussed and decided by the branch committee. They do not engage in a single statement, do not stand on the hills, and strive to do things impartially. On the economic issue, all expenses beyond 10,000 yuan outside the plan are subject to discussion at the office of the director.
3. Self-discipline by the director. The head of a bureau should be the model of the cadres and workers of this bureau, the leader of two civilizations.
