First, the work situation in the past year began with research, understanding and solving the practical problems of the mall. I applied for ** from 1994. After more than a year of doing my job around the center, through the correct guidance and help of the city community, I have focused on the following work in the work center of the ** group headquarters:

At this time, it is particularly important to formulate scientific, reasonable and practical assessment methods. Therefore, I led the members of the comprehensive management leadership team to develop a detailed "assessment methods and rules" as the basis for daily management assessment. It also requires all departments to work out the work system, work standards, clear division of labor, and division of responsibilities. Through the system constraints, to achieve the intended purpose; as the general manager of the mall, I know that my responsibility is significant, so I insist on going to the city every day to inspect, timely find problems in a timely manner, and timely report the situation on the first line to the team, early Solving the problem and ensuring that the daily management of the mall in 2004 did not have major problems.

-- Actively coordinate external relations and strive for policy support. **The mall has developed to the present day and enjoys a high reputation in the city. ——Penshu leading enterprises to improve the core competitiveness of the mall. **The predecessor of the mall started from a small family, with limited strength, participation in competition, and poor ability to resist risks. Therefore, the mall put forward the policy of leading enterprises in Peishu, and formulated relevant policies, aiming at cultivating large households, establishing typical models, and letting them play the role of driving and setting off to promote the stability and prosperity of the mall. In 2004, based on the original five leading households in the mall, there were four leading enterprises in Pei Shu. These leading enterprises have driven the development of dozens of small households to achieve our intended purpose. At the same time, the mall also insists on the selection of “civilized business households” activities, and rewards at the end of the year. The signs of “leading enterprises” and “civilized households” have brought unexpected benefits to these businesses. Other businesses have been actively striving for it. The civilizedization of the mall has been developed and the strength of the mall has been greatly enhanced.

——Intensify the security work and ensure the service. Safety work has always been more important than Taishan. Especially in the fire department of our mall, if there is a problem, the loss will be incalculable. As the leader in charge of this work, I feel that my responsibility is great. Therefore, I will talk every time, strengthen security awareness; implement responsibility and prevent problems before they happen. Make sure that the mall's safety work in 2004 is foolproof. The mall was rated as “advanced unit” by the municipal bureau, and I was rated as “advanced individual”.

Over the past year, we have combined the "three stresses" and "three represents" education to emancipate our minds, update our concepts, review the situation, and innovate. Second, there are problems and rectification measures for more than a year. Although I have worked hard to do my own job, there are still many shortcomings:
First, the theoretical research is not enough. The past year has been a year of unpredictable international and domestic situations. In the face of the situation, it takes a year for the mall to respond, but for me, adapting to the environment, familiarizing with the business requires a process to cope with daily business work. More, less research on economic theory. As a result, the business work has a headache, and the feet are painful, and they are trapped in the passive. Second, work development and innovation are not enough. The development of the cause needs innovation, but because of the concern that reform and innovation will inevitably bring about adjustment of interests, fears will lead to unnecessary contradictions and problems, and there is no ready-made experience to be used for the sake of stability and fear, so that the innovation step is not Big.
Third, there are more general calls for team building and cadre education, and less elaborate ideological and political work. I believe in system management too much. I believe that cadres are self-disciplined, work is not comprehensive, and it is not meticulous. It is not alert to some signs and has not been criticized and educated in time.

In response to the above problems, I will proceed from the following aspects and rectify:
The first is to strengthen theoretical study and further improve its own quality. Familiarity with the business of the mall cannot replace the pursuit of a higher level of personal literacy. It is necessary to enhance the analysis of problems and solve problems through the study of Deng Xiaoping Theory, market economic theory, national laws and regulations, business knowledge and related policies. The fourth is to increase the propaganda of the mall and seek social understanding and support.
