It is summarized as follows:
I. Political and ideological aspects As a departmental management worker, we must have basic political literacy and ideological standards, strengthen political theory learning, and constantly improve the level of political thought and I are the basic requirements that I have put forward for myself. By keeping the Communist Party members' learning and practice of educational activities first, they have a deeper understanding of the important thinking of the "Three Represents." The important thinking of the "three represents" is an important guiding ideology of our party. It fully reflects the party's advanced nature and the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. The party's advanced nature requires that our party members, especially party members and leading cadres, should keep pace with the times, strive for innovation, and keep making progress in their work. The purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly requires us to continuously enhance our service awareness, adhere to the people-oriented principle, establish the party for the public, and govern for the people. Maintaining and realizing the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people is the starting point and the end result of all work. Leading cadres must not have any privilege and must never use their power to seek personal gain. This is also a basic requirement for party members and leading cadres. Second, administrative work
1. Unify thinking, clarify goals, and strengthen management team building
After being separated from the School of Mechanical Engineering in November 2004, most of the members of the School of Electronic Information and Control Engineering and administrative staff were new people. How to unify their thinking, clarify goals, and form a cohesive, realistic, pragmatic, pioneering and leadership group. It is the primary task of the party and government work in the college. We first strengthen our study and unify our thinking. According to the development goals and main tasks determined by the first party congress of our school, and in accordance with the requirements of the spirit of the party congress, combined with the reality of the credit control college, we have clarified the guiding ideology of party and government work. That is to say, "with the guidance of three representatives, under the leadership of the school party committee, seek truth and be pragmatic, pioneering and innovative, and strive to create a new situation in the work of the School of Electronic Information and Control Engineering." In accordance with the basic ideas of survival, development, and protection, and the spiritual requirements of the scientific development concept, the "42-character policy" of the work of the School of Letters and Controls was determined, that is, "teaching work is the center, student work is fundamental; discipline construction is Leading, scientific research is the foundation; administrative management is service, and political thinking is guarantee." The overall goal of management work has been established, that is, “try to institutionalize, standardize, and informatize the management of the college, strive to improve work efficiency, provide good services for teachers and students, and complete the tasks assigned by the university with high quality, so that teachers and students can be completed. Satisfied, let the leadership rest assured." We require managers to strengthen theoretical study and business learning, familiar with the school's various rules and regulations and management files, clarify their job responsibilities, and lay the foundation for good management.
2. Strengthening the construction of the management work system and striving to institutionalize the standardization management of management work include two levels of meaning: one is the construction of rules and regulations, and the other is to act according to the rules and regulations. Based on the actual work of the school, we have formulated a series of rules and regulations including the party and government joint meeting system, the meeting content record filing system, the safety work responsibility system, and the implementation of the work, and strive to make management work. Institutionalized and standardized.
3. Strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and strive to do a good job in talent introduction. The College of Letters and Controls has four university departments. Three of them are new majors. There are 55 faculty members and 51 teachers, including 3 professors and 13 associate professors. There are 3 doctors, 34 masters, 9 doctors, 3 masters, 33 young teachers, and young teachers account for 65% of the total number of teachers. The structure of the teaching staff is not reasonable, there are too few high-level academic staff, and there are many young teachers. In response to this situation, in the introduction of doctoral work, the party and government leaders have jointly managed. In 2005, there were more than 20 doctors in the interview. However, due to the small number of doctors in the electrical discipline and the wide employment, it has not been effective. This is the most work of our work. One of the dissatisfaction. To this end, we have increased the training of in-service teachers. In 2005, three teachers have obtained doctoral degrees. At the same time, we will actively carry out the stability of the existing backbone teachers and the doctoral work, and actively create working conditions and conditions, so that they can return to school. In response to the characteristics of young teachers, we have increased the intensity of guidance and formulated relevant regulations to strengthen the guidance of young teachers so that they can grow as soon as possible. In terms of the introduction of masters, 11 masters were introduced this year, and the master's ratio reached over 70%.
4. Taking the teaching evaluation as an opportunity, strengthening the institutionalized and standardized management of teaching work, and striving to improve the teaching quality. The teaching work is the central work of the college. We strive to carry out teaching work in accordance with the teaching level assessment of the Ministry of Education and the requirements of the school. To standardize management, stabilize order, attach importance to teaching process, improve teaching methods, strengthen teaching supervision, and strive to improve teaching quality as the goal of organizing teaching work, requiring teachers to strictly study, especially strengthening the supervision of young teachers. The management of the young teacher tutor system was strengthened, the mentor's guidance plan and implementation were examined, and feedback was given to the existing problems. The supplementary regulations for the young teacher tutor system were drafted, and the responsibilities and goals were clearly defined from the two aspects of the tutor and the instructor, so that the young teachers could grow as soon as possible, meet the teaching needs, and improve the quality of teaching.
According to the requirements of the teaching evaluation, combined with the actual situation of the Institute of Information and Control, we have adjusted the courses undertaken by the research laboratory, the laboratory staff, the research laboratory, and the laboratory in charge. At the same time, we issued the "Interim Report on the scheduling of the research room." The teaching management files such as “Regulations” and “Regulations on the opening of the second course for teachers” ensure the improvement of teaching quality from the system. Although this work involves the vital interests of some teachers, teachers can start from the overall situation and make this work a smooth implementation, showing the high level of thinking of college teachers. In the daily teaching management work, the teaching is organized in strict accordance with the teaching regulations, and the relevant regulations on the teaching supervision system and the graduation internship and graduation design are improved. The key supervision and inspection of graduation design was carried out to achieve standardized management and strengthen process control.
5. Strengthen discipline construction and scientific research team building, and strive to improve the discipline level of scientific research. The main focus of our work is to focus on the construction of three new majors, in addition to optimizing the teaching plan and working hard to improve it. In addition to the teaching standards, a lot of energy is put into the planning and construction of new professional laboratories.

At the postgraduate level, we have applied for a master's degree in a first-level discipline and a second-level discipline this year, and jointly signed a provincial-level key laboratory with the School of Mechanical Engineering and the School of Information. Among them, the "Control Theory and Control Engineering" subject is highly evaluated, and it is hopeful that the master's degree will be granted.
In terms of scientific research projects, in 2004, the Institute of Letters and Controls had a small amount of research funding and a weak scientific research capability. The root cause is that there are too few people involved in research and there is no research team. In response to this situation, we have strengthened the construction of scientific research teams. Team members volunteered to work and study hard. At present, about 10 people can form or participate in electrical engineering in pulp and paper engineering, food engineering, bioengineering, and inorganic materials engineering. Scientific research and engineering projects in electronic information and automation. This work has achieved initial results. Up to now, the research project has completed the research project index of 1.4 million yuan issued by the school.
6. A hundred years of planning, planning-oriented, and strive to do a good job in the construction of new campus laboratories. The construction of the new campus is the top priority of our school. The faculty and staff of the school are consistently aware of each other and are eager to build the new campus as soon as possible. Therefore, in the new campus laboratory construction planning, the relevant teachers actively participated, so that the laboratory planning of the Mechanical and Electrical Building of the School of Letters and Controls was successfully completed. The work involved four university departments, 24 construction projects, and more than 20 teachers participated in the planning work. Then, according to the principle of capital investment in school laboratory construction, 24 construction projects were adjusted and 14 construction projects were declared. On November 14th, the school conducted a review and optimized the combination according to the feedback from the school. The utilization rate is further improved.
7. Finding gaps through self-evaluation and strengthening the construction of weak items In the self-evaluation of teaching level assessment in the university department, we carefully organized, actively prepared and formulated a four-level target responsibility system. During the summer vacation, the teachers sacrificed their rest time and braved the heat. In accordance with their own work, they actively prepared and cooperated with each other and carefully prepared self-assessment materials. Through self-assessment and self-examination, we found the problems existing in the teaching project of the Institute of Information and Control, found out the causes, analyzed the weaknesses, and actively carried out the planning and construction of the weak projects. These tasks have been implemented or are being implemented during the semester. In the last semester, there was a big change in the student's student status. The college analyzed the reasons in time and organized a large discussion on the theme of “establishing a modern educational concept and striving to improve the quality of teaching”. Through discussion, the teachers unify their thoughts, start with the students' attendance, actively organize mutual lectures, and solicit students' opinions on the teaching work of teachers. Actively establish a good class style and good study style among the students. From the information feedback from the students, this work has achieved good results.
8. Successfully completed the relocation of the new campus. The relocation of the new campus began from the summer vacation this year. The relocation task was heavy and the responsibility was great. The college organized an effective organization and implemented the responsibility system from the packaging. Counting, packing and transporting to the new campus, the parts and equipment are recorded, the boxes are packed with markings, the trucks are transported with seals, and the entire handling work is in order. The experimental equipment was guaranteed to be moved to the new campus. The organization of the relocation work has been well received by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Department.
Third, my business work teaching has undertaken the teaching of the two courses of “higher process control” and “adaptive control” for graduate students.

4. Integrity and self-discipline I actively participated in the party-style clean government education activities organized by the school, earnestly studied the important thoughts of the "three represents" and related archives on combating corruption and promoting honesty and self-discipline, and further improved the building of the party's style and clean government and the fight against corruption. V. Existing problems and shortcomings Through the review of the work experience in the past year, especially by keeping the Communist Party members in the analysis and evaluation stage of the educational activities, through self-analysis, soliciting the opinions of teachers and the democratic life meeting of party members, I found my existence. The problems and deficiencies mainly include the following aspects:
1. The level of political theory is not high, the consciousness of learning is not strong enough, and political awareness, overall awareness, and service awareness need to be further improved.
2. Less communication with teachers, less in-depth work, and sometimes irritable emotions.
3. The work is not bold enough, too democratic, and insufficient concentration.
4. The specific work has been done too much. It is necessary to trust the leaders in charge, dare to decentralize and fulfill their responsibilities. As the president, he must grasp major issues and the work should be highlighted.
5, integrity and self-discipline awareness, warning learning must also be strengthened.
Based on the existing problems and deficiencies, I will actively carry out rectification work, implement rectification measures, and live up to the expectations of leaders and teachers, so that the work of the School of Letters and Controls will reach a new level.
