Three years ago, our park first implemented the middle-level cadre recruitment system in the county kindergarten, which gave me the opportunity to participate in the appointment of the teaching and research team leader. The main work of the kindergarten teaching and research group is to implement the work plan of the teaching and research group, carry out educational research and business management, and improve the professional level of teachers and the quality of education.

In the past three years, I have earnestly fulfilled the duties of the team leader, using the learning time every Friday afternoon to lead everyone to learn the party and state education policy, the new "Outline" and educational science theories, correct educational ideas, clear goals, and act in accordance with the laws of education. Study the kindergarten education program, work with the deputy leader to develop the stage education plan and other various plans, and timely plan the stage to the teacher to let them know the education goals and tasks of the semester. Under the leadership of me and the deputy team leader, the teachers in our group earnestly implemented all kinds of plans and requirements, and did a good job in all aspects of the work. Everyone in the group can actively participate in the activities in the group. The spirit of ownership is very high. Strong. For example, in the theme case exploration activities of this semester, after I led everyone to discuss the content of the decision, everyone was actively preparing for the event. I also took time to go to the class to listen to the class and exchange ideas with the class teacher. Some of the teachers’ activities have been repeated over and over again. The teaching plans have been changed and changed, and the design of their activities has been more perfect. The teachers sincerely put forward their opinions and make up for some deficiencies, so that the activities can better stimulate the children's interest, achieve the teacher-child interaction and good teaching results. After the good work, the teachers gave me their own event design and after-school reflections. I then summarized them on the basis of everyone and compiled a case study draft. At the event, I also took photos of the theme activities in each class. When I handed the analysis draft to Director Hu, she said that the manuscript was better, and it was accompanied by photos. The information was relatively complete and relatively complete. This is an affirmation of my work, of course, this is inseparable from the support of each teacher in our group.

On another occasion, due to the heavy task of the large team, the leaders discussed with me and let our group do more publicity posters. The teachers of my group and I were very happy to accept it. Because this is not something in our plan, so the time is more hasty, I lead everyone to continue to do after the other teachers get off work, bad places to re-edit, and strive to do the best, and finally get the approval of the wall poster . I also led many educational and teaching activities to promote the development of all aspects of young children.

As the head of the teaching and research team, I firmly established two kinds of consciousness and tried to make myself a diligent manager.

Sense of cooperation:

The responsibility of the middle-level cadres is that the popular point is that "the situation is released, the situation is clear," and it serves as a bridge. When the teachers have something, I will promptly report the situation to the leader, and then bring the opinions of the leader to everyone. For the first time as the team leader, I don’t know where to start? At that time, I thought: To organize wonderful individuals and form synergy in management, we must rely on the true recognition of self, the scientific attitude of seeking truth and being pragmatic, relying on the overall situation, and the open-mindedness of the integration group, learning more about the strengths of others, and choosing Good and from. Fortunately, there were guidance and support from leaders at the time. They guided me to some tactics when I encountered problems. Zhou’s rigorous attitude towards work avoided the omissions in my work. The enthusiasm of Director Hu’s enthusiasm strengthened the confidence of my work, and the ability of our group’s teachers to single-handedly eased many of the pressures in my work.

Service awareness:

Education is service, and management is service. The work of the teaching and research group is trivial and complicated.

At the beginning of the school, all kinds of plans should be formulated in time and sent to the teacher to let them know about the teaching goals and activities of a semester. Sometimes when the leader has a temporary task to notify everyone, I will let go of the rice bowl that I just picked up to inform everyone. In the work, I can start from the overall situation, always thinking about the teachers, often listening to their voices, capturing their wishes, so that the decisions and work measures are in line with the actual and everyone's requirements. For example, this group did not draw in the early morning check-up, but most of the teachers asked the group to do it once, so we set a time and launched a morning exercise, so that each child in our class had an opportunity to show themselves. .

In order for our kindergarten to be a boutique kindergarten, I have done a lot of work with the leadership office.

In the work of parents, our grade group has been more prominent and more successful, especially in parent-child activities. When I was discussing the grade group activities with the teacher, some teachers made this suggestion. I immediately seized the suggestion and led everyone to organize the implementation. On the occasion of the Chongyang Festival in 2002, the classes of our grade group sent invitations to each child's grandparents. The old people came to the kindergarten to receive warm reception from the children. They sat in the chairs of the children and watched. The children’s lively and interesting performances, holding the dumplings from the children, eating dumplings wrapped with the children, enjoying the children’s backs, the old people excited, tears, and the mouth could not be closed. This is a vivid emotional exchange, good interaction, so that children learn to communicate with the elderly, but also strengthen the children's respect for the elderly, but also let each of our teachers moved. After the event was launched, it was approved by the audience and was widely carried out throughout the park.

On the occasion of the New Year in 2003, my deputy leader led a big New Year's parent-child game. Parents of each child in our grade group participated in the event. Parents and children played games such as “big shoes and small shoes”, “appropriate” and “jumping rope”. Each child’s face bloomed with joy, each Parents’ faces are happy, and many parents say, “This half-day time is really too fast. It’s really fun to play games with children. It not only exercises the body, but also deepens the feelings with the children. Organize this way. Parent-child activities, the biggest benefit is the children, we are also beneficiaries, in the organization of activities can improve our ability in all aspects, so that we can grow faster. This semester, each class of our grade group has carried out a different form of parent-child activity.

In order to enrich the theme activities, our group of teachers actively strive for parent resources, “Daddy teacher, mother teacher into the classroom”, in each class of our grade group, so that parents can work for us. With further understanding, it has further promoted the consciousness of their participation. With the support and cooperation of parents, our activities have been carried out smoothly and effectively.

Before the new small class entered the park, in order to let the young children adapt to the environment and life of the kindergarten as soon as possible, I led the first parent-child activity in the whole park before the start of the school. This activity was well received by teachers and leaders, and also received the advice of other teachers. Agree.

In the past three years, our group has achieved some achievements: two classes have been rated as county advanced class collectives, five people have been rated as county excellent class teachers and county advanced class teachers, one county education reform star, and the county young teachers teaching first prize. Many teachers were awarded the title of the garden teacher, and the papers, experimental reports and cases of many teachers were awarded many times in the city and county.

The work of our group is carried out in mutual understanding, support and cooperation. Every activity and work of the grade group is inseparable from the cooperation and hard work of every teacher.
