In 2005, my work was divided into two parts. Before November, I worked in the Provincial Health Department and served as the Director of the Medical Administration. After December, I came to work at Taishan Medical College. The report on my study and work over the past year is as follows.

First, strengthen learning, and constantly improve the theoretical level and quality

Actively participate in educational activities to maintain the advanced nature of party members. Through advanced educational activities, he has further grasped the essence and essence of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents", and further understanding of the importance of the Scientific Outlook on Development as a guiding world and methodology for development. First, the organization of the hospital management year activities to promote the continuous improvement of the quality of medical services in the province. The activity plan was formulated to organize medical institutions at all levels in the province to adhere to the patient-centered, quality-centered, optimal service environment, streamline service processes, improve service attitudes, and strive to improve service quality and reduce service costs. The medical service quality and efficiency inspection of provincial medical institutions and publicity to the society not only promoted the improvement of service quality of provincial medical institutions and the improvement of service levels, but also played a demonstration role for various medical institutions at all levels in the province. .

The second is to take practical measures to solve the problem of “difficult to see a doctor” and “expensive medical treatment” that the public has strongly reflected. In conjunction with the advancement of advanced education, the organization drafted the "Notice on Further Improving Service Quality, Efforts to Reduce Medical Expenses, and Effectively Solving Hot Issues Reflected by the People", and proposed eight issues to solve the problem of "difficult to see a doctor" and "expensive medical treatment". The specific measures have been widely concerned and supported by the society. The Ministry of Health has been promoted throughout the country, and many provinces and cities have borrowed from them.

The third is to organize and carry out special rectification actions against illegal medical practice, and strive to strengthen supervision of the medical market. Focusing on combating unlicensed medical practice and hiring non-health technicians in medical institutions, the medical market has been effectively purified and the health rights of the people have been safeguarded.

Fourth, the prevention of avian flu has been carried out to prevent epidemics. In response to the situation of bird flu prevention and control work, relevant work plans were formulated, and personnel training and drills were organized to prevent the spread of bird flu in humans.

Third, keep in mind the "two musts" and adapt to the requirements of new positions as soon as possible

Since I have been engaged in administrative work for a long time and I have no experience in school work, the work of Taishan Medical College is a big step for my personal experience and a test. The promotion of the position is not equal to the natural improvement of the ability and level. While thanking the party for the education and the trust of the provincial party committee, he feels more pressure. In terms of scope of work, middle-level cadres as provincial organs and university leaders are very different and need to learn and adapt. In terms of work content, he is not familiar with school work and lacks the necessary knowledge and mental preparation. In terms of life, it is also necessary to explore new rules of life. In the face of these circumstances, I must keep in mind the two musts, and always maintain a modest of modesty, arrogance, and arduous struggle. First of all, seriously study what you don't understand, be humbly a good student, listen more, ask more, don't mess up, don't mess with it, and don't think it is. Second, lay down the body and integrate it into the new collective as soon as possible. When I came to a new position, I was able to get rid of the "guest" as soon as possible, get in touch with my work, get in touch with my comrades, learn from my comrades with humility, and get familiar with the situation quickly. Third, consciously obey the arrangements of the school party committee. After coming to Thai medicine, I hope to learn more about the time of adaptation from my own thoughts.
