1. Perform your duties with due diligence
In the six years of the accounting school, although the work of the supervisor has been constantly changing, I can quickly adapt to the changes of the role. I can learn while doing work. After the merger of the two schools, due to the limited carrying capacity of the school building, the second grade of the school had to rent the Nanjing Nine School. Because the school is a small country, many situations are not suitable for high school students. The teaching environment is very tense, the office environment is very difficult, and the other two teams Comrades, leading everyone to transform the environment, educating teachers and students, learning to adapt, where we strengthen the management of students, excellent completion of teaching tasks, completed the work of higher vocational divisions, various examinations, management of teachers They are all carried out in an orderly manner and have received the expected results.
Second, make great efforts to seek development
In July of this year, it was undoubtedly a new challenge for me to be appointed by the organization and transferred to the political and legal school as the principal.
At the beginning of his tenure, he had an in-depth understanding of the current situation of political and legal schools, analyzed the problems faced by the school, used the summer vacation to organize some teachers to conduct market research, conducted research on the existing majors of the school, carefully studied the professional development direction, and formed a feasibility report for the development of political and legal schools. Put forward the conception of the future development of the school, and formulated the "Five-Year Development Plan of the School of Politics and Law". In terms of professional development, the company actively communicated with the outside world. It has already communicated with the Security Department of the Shenyang Municipal Public Security Bureau for many times, and plans to start the preservation profession and conduct Short-term training, once carried out, will bring new vitality and vitality to the development of the school, and will also mean the first joint of the Municipal Education Bureau and the Municipal Public Security Bureau.
In order to develop the school, it is necessary to improve the system and standardize management. To this end, we have re-improved the original rules and regulations, attached importance to the training and education of middle-level cadres, formed a regular regular meeting reporting system, and dared to face problems in the work of middle-level cadres. Third, people-oriented, for the benefit of the people

This semester, mainly to solve:
1. It is difficult to eat. The school has invested more than 30,000 yuan to solve the problem of lunch for the faculty and staff of the whole school. The school appointed the general manager to be responsible for the specific duties. The trade unions cooperated to solve the problem of teachers' difficulties in eating. They regularly asked the teachers for advice and timely feedback to the canteen. The canteen was rectified within a time limit to ensure the number of people eating. 2, difficult to bathe. The school baths are open to the faculty and staff for free once a week. The retired comrades who rarely came to the school to take a bath have also increased. They feel convenient and thank the school very much.
3. Difficulties in class. Every winter, the teachers strongly reflected the coldness of the classrooms and offices, the cold of the student dormitory, etc. For this reason, the school used the summer vacation, focusing on heating renovation and maintenance, hanging the shed on the eighth floor female dormitory, and insuring the wall, teachers and students. The general response is warm, the class is not frozen, and the temperature on the eighth floor dormitory reaches 20 degrees.
4, low treatment. In response to the low response of the teachers, the members of the team sat down and studied seriously. They compared the brother schools and their own schools. They also needed to make the school have a sustainable development space, established the growth base of the school structure wages, formed a team resolution, and announced After everyone is basically satisfied.
5, care less problems. The development of the school depends on the teachers. The teachers are the masters of the school. Only by exerting the enthusiasm, initiative and innovative spirit of the teachers, the school has a future, so we start from the small things that care about the teachers, the visits and greetings of the teachers. The family's urgent need for emergency; the old teacher's difficulty in going to work; the retiring old teacher's heating fee arrears, the birthday of each teacher's birthday and the birthday cake, etc., more humanized management, less teaching, teacher's work enthusiasm But it has improved, and the emotions between the cadres are closer.
Fourth, standard management, clean and honest
The position of the principal has given me a lot of responsibilities. I am responsible to the party and responsible to the people. It is the basic goal of my work to be a qualified principal who is satisfied with the people and has peace of mind. The party and the people have given me the right to serve the people. For me personally. There is no privilege. To this end, the organization strictly follows the organizational procedures and is fair, just and open. The evaluation and the public are publicized; the reward and punishment system is open; the major decision-making of the school is open; the construction project is open; the procedure is open; the school's various procurement and infrastructure procedures are open; the school's bidding project is open, and the public purpose is to accept public supervision. All departments of the school did not have the phenomenon of “small treasury”, and all of them fulfilled the normal financial procedures. Fifth, face up to the problem, strengthen rectification
1. Insufficient experience at work, sometimes eager to achieve success.
2. Less contact with the public and less public opinion.
3. The education for middle-level cadres is not patient, meticulous, criticized and less helpful.
4. There is sometimes a lack of necessary communication between members of the team, and less criticism and self-criticism.
5. For some legacy problems, the solution is not thorough.
One semester of work, exercised my ability, increased my talents, and learned a lot of excellent qualities from other members of the team.
