Mathematics Teaching Research Leadership Report
A year and a half ago, I accepted the post of the head of the mathematics teaching and research team with the feeling of "sincere and sincere fear" and "uneasy". I was worried that I could not do the job. I always felt that the burden on my shoulder was not light and the pressure was very heavy. Therefore, I redoubled my efforts and sincerely. Serve every teacher in the mathematics group, and truthfully and pragmatically complete the tasks assigned by the school. Below I mainly report on four aspects of work.
I. About the construction of the teaching and research group
In the teaching and research activities, we have studied and discussed many times and gradually formed the following three aspects of consensus:
Group Consciousness: Everyone is united, thinking in one place, trying to change the image of the math group. If we are thin

Service Awareness: The standard of teacher's moral construction is mainly reflected in the level of teacher's investment in teaching work and the level and effect shown in the work. Therefore, we should serve the students wholeheartedly. Being a teacher is hard work, and being a math teacher is more bitter and gives more responsibility. As a mathematics teacher, you decide that you should be a rigorous and practical person who is a real and honest person. Otherwise, you are not worthy of being a "mathematician."
Teaching and research awareness: School-based teaching and research and group teaching and research have been increasingly valued by everyone. Especially in the new situation of the new curriculum, the new syllabus, and the new college entrance examination, a teacher who does not attach importance to teaching and research will be eliminated. In view of the actual situation of a large group of us, it is more important to strengthen the construction and teaching of the preparation team.
Second, the development of teaching and research activities and the implementation of teaching practices
There are plans: At the beginning of the school, each team leader is required to make a plan, and then coordinate the work plan of the teaching and research group or the preparation group once a semester, and post the announcement, so that the teachers can be prepared and prepared in time.
There are contents: the content of teaching and research activities mainly focuses on how to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, opening new teachers' reporting classes, young teachers' research courses, and old teachers' demonstration classes. A total of 24 people. In addition, we also attach great importance to the discussion of the new curriculum and the examination methods and proposition directions under the new curriculum system.
There are forms: the opening of the public class, in addition to class, listening to classes, but also need to say classes, class, class is divided into groups to discuss, then each of the preparation group to send a keynote, and finally I summarize the comments, this is warm Good harmony.
Re-implementation: The plans formulated at the beginning of the school can be implemented without compromise. Each semester can carry out about 10 teaching and research group activities and preparation group activities. In particular, the three preparatory team leaders are older than me, have higher qualifications than me, and are higher than me. The work is very cooperative and responsible. It is because of them that my work is a lot easier.
Re-examination: Actively cooperate with all kinds of teaching routines organized by the Academic Affairs Office. Most teachers in our group can be affirmed. In this respect, I can also take the lead.
Heavy effects: Teaching and research activities that are in the form and indiscriminate are not carried out.
Third, on teaching and research
The awareness of teaching and research is constantly increasing. Only continuous learning and research can promote the renewal of educational concepts and the improvement of educational and teaching behaviors. Therefore, our group has undertaken a total of three topics, including the first draft of the 15,000-word, under the new curriculum, the theory and practice of independent inquiry teaching in high school mathematics. Young teachers have more than the old teachers in this respect. For example, Teacher Zhang Jianchun has published many teaching papers in various magazines and won the first prize in the Hangzhou class competition.
Fourth, results and honors
It should be noted that our mathematics team is slowly growing and developing. In this year's college entrance examination, under the leadership of Teacher Wang Xiaoming, the average scores of mathematics and science mathematics exceeded the average score of the seven key counties in Hangzhou. In the student's favorite teacher selection, the seven teachers of our school took up three places. However, we should also clearly understand that compared with other groups, especially me, compared with the brothers, although the sex is high, the level is not high, the difference is still far away, still need to work hard.
