Second, successfully completed the organization task of the provincial tobacco production order
In order to ensure the completion of the provincial tobacco production order tasks in 2004 and the first half of 2005, a lot of preliminary preparation work was done, and careful and detailed arrangements were made in the allocation of indicators and the determination of structure. It has organized the organization of industry and commerce associations and online transaction preparation meetings, and conducted full consultation and coordination with the national bureau, provincial tobacco companies, branches and three tobacco factories before and after the meeting to ensure online. Third, strive to do a good job in collecting and feedback information
In order to understand and master the problems in the marketing work of various cigarette factories and the information of commercial companies, the collection and reporting of standardized and serious market information, to ensure timely tracking and mastering of market dynamics, and to achieve information sharing, I have drafted and issued Notice on Further Strengthening Market Information Feedback, Regulations on Information Collection and Feedback Management, Notice on Strengthening the Monitoring of Sales and Market Dynamics of "White Sand" Cigarettes, and "Strengthening Sales of "Diamond" Cigarettes "Notice of monitoring the market dynamics", for the "snow tracking" of the sales of "White Sand" and "Diamond" cigarettes, providing the basis for the leadership to "monthly regulation".
In order to grasp and understand the basic situation of the production and operation of each cigarette factory, from July 2004, collect and organize the “Ten Report” of each factory's production and operation, and provide reference for the leaders to make decisions.
At present, the information channels between provincial industrial companies and various cigarette factories and sales areas are relatively smooth. As of November 2004, I collected and sorted out 1,209 market information, strictly registered the information reported by each factory and each district, carefully analyzed, and compiled 14 "Information Reference" based on the information. The national bureau policy, provincial tobacco sales and market dynamics were fed back to the leaders and three tobacco factories at all levels, which fully shared the information resources and provided reference for leadership decision-making and production and operation of various cigarette factories.

In 2004, the company conducted in-depth and meticulous investigations on three tobacco factories and 11 branches, and timely understood and mastered the difficulties and problems in the current sales of industrial enterprises, as well as the opinions of commercial enterprises, retailers and consumers. Sixth, do a good job of "professional skills appraisal of marketing staff"
As an appraisers of "cigarette merchandise salesmen", we worked hard to cooperate with the work of the identification station in our province, and did a good job in every assessment and supervision work in the province.
