The network center personnel is a department with high technical knowledge, but there is still a certain gap between the technical level of the existing staff and the job requirements. Starting from the actual situation of the department, we will focus on self-cultivation and training, enhance the self-learning ability of personnel, and continuously accumulate work experience in actual work, fully promoting the initiative of the staff.

In order to adapt to their respective jobs in the near future, we will carry out training and improvement through the following methods. First, we will adopt a step-by-step training mechanism to adopt old comrades' guidance belts for newcomers, take over some jobs and business as soon as possible, and encourage and Affirming some of the innovative practices in the business. 2. Network switching capabilities and network security need to be improved and improved

This year, due to the upgrade of the network center bandwidth, we have updated the network exchange of the various departments from the original 10M to the current 100M, but with the implementation of the "Three Pavilions One" project and the launch of the Spark Program next year, I The current main switch of the center does not have the capability of Gigabit access and Layer 3 switching. It is technically difficult to connect with the China Education Network and the Science and Technology Department.

At present, our center has carried out security protection on the internal office network through a server, and the effect is obvious. However, the arson wall device is not used for the overall network, and only the host system is simply armed, which cannot effectively prevent the hacker and hacker software from invading. Almost all servers are subject to DDOS attacks, and limited network exit bandwidth is occupied by garbage data.

The update of network center equipment must take into account the long-term effectiveness of technology and equipment, and it cannot cause waste of financial resources. In solving the above problems, the principles of economy, practicality and long-term efficiency should be considered.

3, lack of proper publicity, business visibility is not high Network center in the past year has not carried out external advertising, lack of publicity. However, from the publicity effect of previous years, TV advertising has a poor effect, and newspaper advertisements have certain effects.

At the appropriate time, some periodic advertisements should be made in newspapers with high circulation to increase the visibility of the network center business.

4, the lack of genuine software

The software currently used by our center is almost all pirated. Although there is no difference in function, it will cause certain negative impacts and unforeseen risks among customers, especially the implementation of projects such as the Spark project next year. The demand is more prominent. Some basic software can be purchased properly.

V. Basic ideas and measures for work in 2003

5. Build a good business infrastructure platform. For example, the e-mail system that is already saturated soon needs to be ready for upgrade and develop some information service systems suitable for our own business.

6. Strengthen the academic atmosphere of indoor staff, increase business and technical training opportunities, and strive for some opportunities for training and exchanges. 7. Make reasonable adjustments to the current business, increase investment in business, strengthen management of business, and formulate relevant business normative systems.
