In 2002, I was honored to be a county-level backbone teacher because of the leadership and trust of the leaders and teachers. Without the cultivation and care of the big school family, there is no continuous growth of the backbone teachers. My work, both past and present, cannot be separated from your support and help. Here, I sincerely thank you all. Below, I have been working in recent years to give you a brief return.
For several years, I have tried to compare myself with the standards of the backbone teachers and ask myself. Guided by the important thinking of the "Three Represents", we will always maintain the advanced nature and purity of political thought, actively participate in party organization activities, establish a scientific world outlook, a correct outlook on life, and values, and strive to achieve "consistency, integrity, and deeds." The table is the same as the one, and the tasks are well completed. In 2001, I took the English teaching work of the first four classes and the second class experimental classes in the inter-year grade. From 2002 to 2003, he took on the English teaching work of the junior high school two graduating classes. The results of the senior high school entrance examination ranked first in the county and were rated as excellent teachers by the county education committee. Since the next issue in 2003, I have been teaching English in the first two experimental classes. In recent years, I have worked diligently, and I have been working hard for a long time.
In education, I insist that "love is the tool of education and love is the foundation of education." Only when the teacher loves the students from the heart, the students can turn "learn their teachers and believe their way" and then "leave their way." I try my best to "be a teacher when imparting knowledge - follow good deception; care for the misery is a kind mother - meticulous; friends in communication are hearts and minds; brothers and sisters in life - nothing to talk about; doctors when making mistakes" - Treating people and saving people. In terms of student life experience, learning methods, interpersonal relationships, observation problems, and analytical problems, female teachers have greater affinity and contact with students, to care for and consider them, to help them distinguish between right and wrong, to stay away from “misunderstandings” and to use their love to moisturize them. The heart of the student. A new type of teacher-student relationship between democracy and harmony and trust has been established between teachers and students.
In the teaching work, I strictly adhere to the teaching "six serious." Fully grasp the key points and difficulties of the textbooks, and carefully design the teaching process and methods. In particular, I tried hard to try the four activities of "starting the living - mutual living - promoting - self-living" and achieved good results. Let me talk about the experience of using "four live" in teaching in recent years.
1. Passion - start alive.
"Knowing is not as good as knowing, and knowing is not as good as knowing." Interest is the best teacher. Therefore, I have made great efforts in preparing lessons, carefully designing the teaching process, paying attention to the use of teaching methods, and enhancing the intuitiveness of teaching. And fun. With the knowledge of passion, new passion, and passion, we achieve the effect of “the class is unknown, the class is already strong, the class is positive, the length is thicker, the lesson has been completed, and the class is brighter”.
2, communication - mutual activation activates students' thinking, letting their thinking be like a dislocated wild horse, galloping, and thus entering the inter-communication link, students are imaginative in the activity, eye-catching, listening and communicating. They feedback each other, passionate, mutual teacher and student, mutual influence, cooperation and competition. Let everyone become the master of learning, everyone's potential can be tapped, and individuality can be fully demonstrated.
3, dialing - to encourage students to encounter obstacles in communication, teachers provide scientific thinking methods in a timely manner, camera induction, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, timely and appropriate, point to their key points, pull out their obstacles, and draw the finishing touch.
4. Incentives - Self-living gives timely recognition and encouragement to the innovative insights and ideas expressed by students in their thinking activities, so that students can have a successful experience, feel the joy of success, enhance their self-confidence, encourage them to constantly explore and innovate, and strive for New success.
The teaching of "starting, living, promoting, and self-living", combined with the characteristics of students, ingeniously used, stimulated students' interest in learning, enhanced self-confidence, developed intelligence, cultivated ability, and improved the quality of my education and teaching. The English class of the teaching class was excellent. The students who were tutored, Liao Can, Xie Xun and Liu Yingying, won the first, second and third prizes of the junior high school group in the 2002 English Proficiency Competition for Middle School Students.
In the teaching and research work, I actively participated in teaching and research activities, and humbly learned from my peers and consulted. I not only watched the lectures in many middle schools in the county, but also went to the Ba Shu Middle School to go to the “gold panning”. At the same time, I continue to summarize the teaching experience of education and teaching, and actively write teaching and research papers. The "New English Teaching Material Teaching" I wrote was compiled in "Chinese Education Teaching Theory", and the "English Teaching How to Cultivate Students' Innovative Consciousness" was awarded the third prize of the 4th Foreign Language Teaching Paper of Chongqing. In 2002, I obtained an English undergraduate diploma from West Normal University.
