Hello everyone, I am Ma Sizheng. I am the Chairman of the 7th School Student Union of Beijing Bayi Middle School. Before I speak, I want to tell you that today's debriefing report will be long. I hope that everyone can calm down and listen to the emotion and recollection of the sweat and passion, youth and dreams, hope and sustenance. Also, today is the last time I have spoken here as the chairman. It is also the last time that our seventh session of the Student Union has appeared in front of everyone in a collective form. At this moment, I feel extremely excited and proud.

I am proud that I have seen the achievements of today's 7th Student Union after a year of hard work, so I am very proud.

Excited, because when our old student council members are about to leave the student union, I am delighted to find that all the candidates present here are so passionate, responsible and capable. I am sure that they will be able to do a good job in the future work of the Student Union. I am excited about it.

In accordance with established practice, at the annual student congress, I should do a summary of the work in the past year. However, I can tell you that in the past year, we have done too much work. If I use this time to do a detailed work summary, I believe that today’s meeting is probably before 7 o’clock. It is difficult to end.

And, similar summaries have also been done at the school's squad leader meeting. In the future, the members of the student union will also make detailed work summaries in the form of the whole school squad leader meeting, in order to occupy more than 400 student representatives in the school today. Time, I just reviewed the highlights of our work in the past year, so that everyone can feel that our work has made breakthroughs in those areas in a short period of time, and hopes to be able to show you in such a short time. Questionnaire

Just last year, we took over all the work of the Student Union. In the last two months of the first semester, we felt everything about the work of the Student Union, including the enthusiasm, responsibility, and creativity that burned in an instant. It also includes time constraints, limitations of conditions, and so on. We gradually have a clear understanding of students, teachers, schools, student unions, and so on. We are fully aware that all subjects, purposes, and premises of the Student Union are students. Shortly after the start of the second semester, we conducted a student questionnaire survey throughout the school. The questionnaires were carefully designed for the different characteristics of each grade, and the questionnaires were distributed, recycled, and statistically prepared. Through the questionnaire, we learned about the students' impressions of the student union and their views on our work. Including the real situation of our work during the whole work process of the questionnaire, this has become an important basis for us to learn from future work.

I remember that there was such a question in the questionnaire. It was about giving the student a score. At the time of the discussion, we felt that the risk of this question was too great, because there might be students who did not face the questionnaire. Giving the student union a score is a means of venting emotions, so that the final grade may be embarrassing. As it turns out, our fears are superfluous. Today, I can tell you the results of this question. The students from the middle school gave us 77.4 points, and the high school students gave us 71.765 points.

This shows that we did have a lot of unsatisfactory places in the first half of the semester, but overall, we still gave us a positive result, which is indeed an encouragement for us, in the second half of the semester We will be more brave to face up to the problem, analyze the problem more rationally, and solve the problem more subtly. It can be said that this non-graduate survey activity of the whole school has brought our work to a new level.

Youth volunteer group

At the working meeting after the end of the first semester, we proposed the idea of ​​creating a youth volunteer group. The purpose of the Youth Volunteer Group is to hope that through such an organization, we will bring together students who are enthusiastic, passionate and ideal. Assist in carrying out our work and better serve the whole school students. At the same time, we also provide these students with a broad platform through which they can show their outstanding talents and extraordinary passions. Moreover, we will also let them participate in the Youth Volunteer Group to gain a deeper understanding of what is organizational discipline, what is collective sense of honor, and what is the spirit of cooperation. Although the idea is good, we don't know whether it is suitable for the formation of such a youth volunteer group in Bayi Middle School. The first question is whether we have such a popular foundation. The questionnaire told us that 33.1% of the students in all grades of the country clearly indicated that they would participate, and 39.6% of the students expressed interest in the volunteer group, but they should consider it again. In the high school grades, 13.5% and 58.5% of the students indicated that they would participate in or be interested in the Youth Volunteer Group. This has strengthened our determination and confidence in forming a youth volunteer group.

I believe that everyone still remembers the scene of our volunteer group working in the sports team. At the sports meeting, our volunteer group students are responsible for checking hygiene, collecting propaganda manuscripts, maintaining order in the field, organizing awards, buying books and refereeing services. Waiting for work. Although it is only a reserve group of volunteers, only about 30 people, but they show good organizational discipline, teamwork spirit and strong work ability at the games, so that we can work at the sports meeting than expected. It has to go smoothly. In fact, the purpose of the reserve group is that we must better explore the feasibility of the work of the volunteer group through the form of the reserve group. To enable our ideas to withstand the test of practice, and finally prove that it is feasible. The formal volunteer group will carry out a series of public welfare activities throughout the school in order to improve the work ability, organizational ability and charity of the students in line with the principle of voluntariness. We have been busy with the preparation of the Volunteer Group since the second semester of the 03 school year. Now, our reserve team has already well played out the name of the Youth League of Bayi Middle School. The next job is to recruit members on a larger scale and many tasks that need to be sustained for a long time. This is an innovation and a challenge for the next student union. Although I will not continue to work for the next student union, I trust them very much and trust them to do well.

Speech under the flag

In the past, the speech of the national flag on the weekly flag-raising ceremony was mainly the responsibility of the teacher. Last month, our students took over the job. We have chosen sensitive and practical topics such as test discipline and flag-raising performance to correspond to the theme of the school's speech - "loyalty and filial piety." We ask students who are not speaking to talk about the principle, to say what the classmates are saying, to let the students listen. We reviewed the speeches and proposed changes, and after many times, we formed the speeches that the final classmates heard. Many students told us that the speech of the national flag of the last semester was obviously better than before. This kind of "good" is that sometimes the students will be touched by the words spoken by the speakers and think quietly about something; this "good" is that the students have heard the things happening around them or themselves and have been raised and become everyone's attention. Topic; this kind of "good" is to break the style of the school gathering, and make some exploration in the content. We are looking forward to this kind of exploration to continue, and finally let the school gathering not just listen to the teacher's speech, no longer grind out the scorpion in the ear, use the opportunity of the school assembly to let the students have their own place to speak, form a school, teacher, student Discuss the harmonious atmosphere of the problem together.

Formalization of work, systematization

In the course of one year's work, we realized that the past work of the Student Union was very rushed, trivial and difficult. If the project is not completed, people can't find it, time is too late, conditions are not allowed... And to break this, the most important thing is that we need a very good "system" to perform the work, such a system needs to have formal staff settings, Time schedule, good coordination with grades and schools, and more precise work procedures. Only in such a good system can all plans be implemented. Only when work execution has basic guarantees can it be produced. The value of creativity and success.

We have enacted a new student council charter, and selected alternate members from the first-year and second-year grades to fill in the positions that the third and third-year members could not afford due to the academic burden. Li Nan, who is currently in the third class, designed the student union emblem. This is the only logo designed by our students. We try our best to hold the Student Council every week in the independent Student Union Office... We work closely with the campus TV station to exchange work experience with the Students' Union of the National People's University and actively read related books. If you can learn from the information, you will often discuss the work problems with the Youth League Committee and the teachers of the Political and Education Department, and grasp all possible opportunities... The student union will be systematically and will gain the trust of classmates and teachers in the student union. Pest control

I believe that everyone is still impressed by this period of time last year, because during this period last year, we seem to be very jealous of walking under the trees on campus. At the last academic conference, the Minister of Life, Wang Yufei, promised everyone to destroy the insects for everyone. During the year, the Ministry of Life actively contacted the school logistics, and used the Student Forum to collect locusts from the students, fight drugs several times, and gradually form a pest control system at work. After the 11th holiday of the year was over, the bugs suddenly came when we relaxed our vigilance. On the second day of the discovery of these small creatures, the Ministry of Life posted new posters and actively contacted the logistics department teacher about spraying. On the afternoon of October 11th, a new round of insecticide activities was successfully organized and had obvious effects. Through a year of hard work, we have purposefully understood the growth cycle of these small creatures, the shape and weakness of each period, repelled the adult attack in the summer, and successfully delayed the time when the larvae broke out in the fall, which shows that we are annihilating A considerable part of these small creatures have a living force and have made a very important foundation for future work. Just like the elimination of SARS, the pest control operation can not be completed in a short period of time. I hope that the life department of the next and future student unions will continue the pest control operation and let this “bio-disaster” disappear forever on our campus. When you are reading or strolling in the shade, you can no longer consider the psychological and physical threats that bugs pose to us.

After reviewing the highlights of my work for a year, I would like to take this opportunity to show you some of the spirit of our student union. It also contains some of our experiences and rewards for working in the past year, as well as the expectations of the next student union members, and hope to share with you.

Self-confidence is not rhetoric, but actual action; self-confidence is not waiting for the god of destiny, but believes that everything is possible; self-confidence is not only a belief in oneself, but also a commitment to others; self-confidence is not only a sense of self, but also a sense of group . I can tell you that our student council members are full of this self-confidence at work. We not only encourage ourselves with self-confidence, but also infect others with confidence. Perhaps a year ago, most of us stood on this stage in our doubts about ourselves. The suspicions at that time came from distrust of our ability to work and the lack of understanding of the work of the Students' Union. However, after this year's work, we found that we can do well, and it turns out that we have done a good job. So today, on our faces, there is more confidence.

Self-reliance

In the past academic year, our students have had laughter, lost, paid, and rewarded. In the last appearance of this group that is about to become a history, we will recall those incomparably bright days... and find that we have all experienced the storms and have been deeply mired in the quagmire of adversity. However, we all came out firmly and saw the rainbow. It was discovered that the work of the Student Union was not as perfect as imagined. It always had defects. There were always flaws. When there was always going to go on, there would always be a gap between dreams and reality. However, we all rely on firm ideals. Supported by faith, when we did our best to make it perfect, we found ourselves stronger and found that our students will become stronger.

Self-improvement - you can do it only if you ask yourself to do it.

responsibility

I want to ask what is the responsibility, maybe we can't say anything classic about the responsibility. Then I will give you an example. The Minister of the Ministry of Life, Wang Yufei, was preparing for today's meeting together in the first two days. He told me that he might not participate in this campaign. This surprised me a lot because he did a very good job in the previous year's work. The high school year in the student union has made him think more rationally about the work of the student union. Now he is right. It is a pity that he will have the idea of ​​leaving when the next student union plays an important role. I asked her why? She said that he did not want to work in the student union, but when he saw the bug appear on campus again, she felt that she did not say it, he felt that he was sorry for everyone. The strong sense of responsibility made her feel that even if he stood on the podium today, he would lose his confidence in the past. I told him that in fact, killing insects is a long-term process, and there may be repeated. This is normal. After discussing some specific situations with her, she once again regained her confidence and once again invested in it. It seems simple, and the operation is very complicated. This time, from the early propaganda to the last spray, it has been carried out very quickly. At present, it does not make the "bug crisis" once again erupt on campus.

I want to say that her idea is based on a strong sense of responsibility, which comes from being responsible for oneself and from being responsible for others.

Here, I would like to say to the students who will continue to serve as members of the Students' Union or who have just arrived at the Student Union. Consider all the situations you may encounter and design whether you are breaking through or compromising. Then, don't take the student union work as a coping, because you don't have to deal with who, the student union is not organized by the teacher. Work is not forcing you to do it. You only have to deal with yourself and your friends, and these people don't need your coping. Your friends and yourself know you very well. So tell yourself not to give up and try to meet, think, and realize.

When our student union was just established, the last student union did not leave us a key talent in this student union or teach us good work experience and methods. This led to the fact that the student union did not start at the beginning of the work. Seize the opportunity and miss the opportunity for good development. The work of the Students' Union was also slightly dull at the beginning. After one year, I know the importance of the word "inheritance" for the work of the student union. Therefore, we have found many talents through the Volunteer Group. Many of the candidates present here are students who show high passion for students' work, strong sense of responsibility and outstanding ability in the work of the Volunteer Group. Another part is the backbone talents left by the last student union. Their existence will allow the next student union to enter the state immediately at the time of its establishment and work at a higher level.

Moreover, in consideration of the development of the student union, it is decided that from the beginning of our session, the students of the third year will not appear in the student union, because we know what we really want to do now; knowing that we are impossible In the high school's intense study, I will take care of my work. I know that we come to the student union to work, not for the sake of fame, not for vanity. Rather, we made this decision solemnly after we really considered the development of the student union. Therefore, we choose to accomplish this mission in this way.

The inheritance I said is not the inheritance of the single-person personnel, but more importantly, the inheritance of the spirit and the inheritance of a responsibility.

I can tell you clearly that every student council member is not perfect. They all have more or less weaknesses, but this is not terrible. The scary thing is that he has lost his enthusiasm for his work and is not responsible for his work. Moreover, I can also tell you that such classmates exist in previous student unions, and the problem is not in him, but in the system. In order to make the work of the Student Union develop a lot, it is necessary to carry out reforms in many systems.
