At the end of 2004, I passed the public selection of the cadre examination in Anqing City. I was appointed as the vice president of Yangqiao Middle School of Anqing City by the Education Commission of Anqing City of the Communist Party of China with excellent results. She officially took office in March 2005. When I first came to Yangqiao Middle School, I was moved by the harmony and simplicity of Yangqiao Middle School. Of course, although they are all a rural high school in Anqing City, there are still many differences between Yangqiao Middle School and my original Mito Middle School in Taihu County. Therefore, even though I have served as the director of the Political Education Department and the office director, Some management experience, but I deeply know that in the past year's work practice, there are certainly some practices that are inconsistent with our Yang Zhong School's feelings. The inadequacies in personality may be more obvious than the strengths. In the past year, with the help of the former President Yao Dahu, the current principal, Comrade Xin Xiangdong, and other leaders and colleagues, I have strengthened political theory learning, and combined with the “advancement education of party members” carried out by the school, earnestly carried out criticism and self-criticism, and constantly I have improved my political level and enriched my theoretical literacy. In the past year, thanks to the trust of the leaders, I have undertaken the management of education and teaching in charge of the school. The quality of education and teaching is the lifeline of a school, so the education and teaching management of the school is also the central work of the school. From the day of the division of principals, I always felt that there was an invisible pressure, lingering, feelings have been difficult to relax, and the spirit has been in a state of high tension. It is precisely because of this that in the past, especially since the second half of last year, after I became familiar with the environment of our Yangqiao Middle School, I have taken some new measures in the management of education and teaching, and standardized the school’s school-running behavior with the formulation of the system. ——With the support of the help and teaching department of Xin Xiangdong and the teacher of the class teacher, the “Provisional Regulations on the Work Assessment of the Class Teacher of Yangqiao Middle School in Anqing City” was drafted and implemented, and the changes were made through the quantification, refinement and institutionalization of the class management work. The previous evaluation model of class management made management more operational and comparable. In the implementation process of the system, class management has the direction and goal, and the income is the student, and the improvement is the image of the school.

—— Supporting and coordinating with the Education Department to improve, formulate and promulgate the “Regulations on the Reward and Punishment of Students in Yangqiao Middle School of Anqing City”, “Regulations on the Awards for the Entrance Examination of Yangqiao Middle School in Anqing City”, and “Interim Measures on the Awards for Teaching and Research Awards in Yangqiao Middle School of Anqing City”, A series of education and teaching management systems, such as the Supplementary Provisions on the Management of Student Status in Yangqiao Middle School of Anqing City, through the introduction of these systems, further standardize the management behavior of schools, so that management has rules and regulations, and there are rules to promote the rule of law in school management. process.

It has become a spiritual home shared by all teachers and students.

Rethinking the personal work of the past year, I believe that I can always put the interests of the school in the first place, never dare or allow myself to use the power to seek personal gains, do not do things that harm the image of the school, harm the interests of colleagues, and do not violate national laws and regulations. Things, not doing things that are not conducive to school unity and things to shirk responsibility. At the same time, I also know clearly that as the vice-president in charge of education and teaching, in the past days, as a good supporting role, obey the overall situation, assist the principal to do the internal and external affairs, and at the same time, unite the middle-level cadres, support and cooperation. There are always two aspects of the unity of opposites. In the past year, through communication with colleagues and what I see, hear, think, and do, I also know that I still have many shortcomings. : I can't communicate and communicate with the staff often. I can't go deep into the students. I don't have enough lectures in class. There are fears of offending people. I don't dare to criticize some behaviors that violate the rules of the school system. Xiongguan Man Road is really like iron, but now it is moving from the beginning. At present, Yangqiao Middle School is in a critical period of development.
