I am the democratic election of the vocational and technical colleges of our vocational and technical colleges and the workers' congress. 1. Performing the duties of the trade union under the guidance of the "three represents"

After I took office, I first grasped the organization of the trade unions, and established the trade union group in accordance with the Trade Union Law. In order to facilitate the activities of the trade unions, a union union group was established and the trade union committee and the trade union team were drafted. Through study, I have made my duties clearer of the trade unions, and I firmly believe in the confidence of the trade unions as the "home of the workers" to be the spokesperson, caring person and closest person of the faculty and staff. In the past two years, I have always insisted on the people in my heart, thinking about the people in everything, relying on the people in the work, all for the people, and implementing the important thoughts of the three representatives in my practical actions. The trade unions of our institute have participated in the reform of some major events in our hospital. For example, we have listened to the opinions of the majority of faculty members on some sensitive issues in our hospital, and reflected the opinions of the collected people to the leaders in a timely manner, and made good decisions for the leadership decision-making. The trade union played a role as a link and bridge between the leader and the public.

Second, conscientiously implement the important spirit of "the interests of the people are no small matter", do practical things for the teaching staff, do good things

In order to implement the important spirit of "the people's interests are no small matter" proposed by General Secretary Hu, I always insist on putting the safety of the teachers in the first place in the work of the trade unions, taking the voice of the teaching staff as the first signal and the needs of the teaching staff as the first. The choice is to regard the satisfaction of the teaching staff as the first criterion. It is the first priority of the trade union work to help the teachers solve the difficulties and protect and mobilize the enthusiasm of the teachers to participate in the reform of the college. To this end, our trade unions have always insisted that all the faculty and relatives of our school are married and married, and that the staff and patients who are hospitalized can participate in the condolences and send the warmth of the home. In the past two years, I have visited more than 100 faculty members and visited the old cadres. More than ten times, I personally handled the funeral for Wang Lianjun, the retired cadre of our hospital, and dealt with the entanglements of family members and colleges. During the SARS epidemic last year, I was able to go to the hospital many times to visit the ill-fated teacher Yu Diansheng, so that our retired staff felt that the college did not forget them and deepened the relationship between the college and our teachers. In order to fight against SARS, I can participate in the nighttime duty of our hospital without affecting the work of the trade unions. I will spare no effort to purchase daily necessities for the students and purchase nutrients for the teachers. During the "March 8" festival, I can organize our trade union committee members to wait. Sending flowers and condolence letters to our female teachers in front of the school, creating a festive atmosphere and increasing the cohesiveness of our college. This year's "March 8" Festival I used my spare time to do skin care for the female teachers in our hospital for more than dozens of times. I also invited gynecologists to give lectures on women's diseases prevention and treatment for female teachers in our hospital, which was well received by female teachers. . In the past two years, with the support of the leaders of the hospital, the trade unions have organized and contacted the hospital-wide physical examination to provide health for the majority of teachers and improve the health awareness of the majority of teachers. I can use my personal expertise to patiently explain the results of physical examination for the majority of faculty, find problems in time, and be a health care doctor for the majority of faculty. Our labor union is also responsible for the work of more than 100 retired staff of our college. I have been giving health and longevity lectures twice for the retired teachers. Every spring, with the support of the Youth League Committee and various departments, I will provide housekeeping services for the old teachers who have difficulties in living. Regularly organize old cadres to travel. Although I am doing some small things, it can represent my heart and mind, combined with the general secretary’s spirit of "the interests of the people are no small matter", concerned about the suffering of the people, and solving specific difficulties for the people can also be said to be "building the party for the public and governing." For the specific performance of the people. In 2003, the trade union of our institute was rated as the model "employee's house" by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions for two consecutive years as the advanced branch of the division, and I personally rated it as an excellent union cadre.

Third, strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization on campus, and actively organize various cultural and sports activities

In order to enrich and alive the faculty's amateur cultural life, cultivate the teachers' elegant interests, hobbies, enhance unity, promote exchanges, and display the rich and prosperous advanced campus culture of the faculty, our union has organized faculty volleyball, basketball, and billiards for two years. Match and many competitions between teachers and students. In the spring of 2004, our union successfully organized the six sports events that have been attended by our school since the beginning. At the 110th anniversary of the birth of Mao Zedong, our trade union organized a whole-story singing competition. In order to alleviate the fatigue of the selection of the majority of teachers in our school, our trade union organized the "two-day tour" of the whole hospital, also to promote the youth faculty. Understand that we have organized a one-day tour of the "Love in the Golden Autumn" youth faculty. At the end of the year, we organized a chess game that was well received by the majority of faculty. I can seriously organize every competition of the Normal University and get a better return. Achievements, live up to expectations. The fitness club and fishing activities in our hospital leave a good memory for every member.

Through these activities and competitions, the faculty's body was strengthened, the faculty's feelings were communicated, and the friendship between comrades was further strengthened. At the same time, the will of the faculty was honed in the competition, and the excellent style of courage and hard work was cultivated. At the same time, we used the activities of the trade union as a carrier to enrich the cultural life of the faculty, soothe the physical condition of the teachers and the fatigue. The enthusiasm of the faculty, the quality of work and the efficiency of work, thus effectively promoting the completion of the teaching tasks of our school. In short, the work of the trade unions has a long way to go. I am determined to do a better job in the trade union work of our institute under the correct leadership of the party committee of the hospital with the support of the general members.
