Looking back at the end of the year, it is the third year since I set foot on the team. In order to make myself clear the goal and direction of my efforts, I will report the work of the year as follows:

First, strengthen learning and continuously improve ideological awareness

Only by learning can we continuously improve and enrich ourselves to adapt to the needs of social development. Over the past year, I have carefully studied the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee, and thoroughly studied and implemented the CPC Central Committee to strengthen and improve underage. The archives spirit of "Ideological and Moral Construction" enhances political heritage. Actively participated in school-based training, and listened to lectures by professors and experts from China Normal University, such as Zhong Qiquan, and wrote a book about their experiences. At the end of the year, through research and research, the research paper "Beautiful begins with integrity" was completed. As a young teacher, I actively moved closer to the party organization. In November of this year, I became a probationary member of the Communist Party of China. This is also a higher requirement for myself.

Second, continue to practice and strive to improve the level of education and teaching

The new educational situation puts higher demands on teachers, not only requires solid professional skills, but also requires advanced educational concepts. To this end, I actively participate in the activities of the teaching and research group, humbly ask the old teachers for advice, carefully design each education and teaching link, and strive to update the educational concept in order to keep up with the pace of the times. In October of this year, I took the initiative to participate in the evaluation class, and tried to find my own shortcomings through practice, in order to improve and improve in the future teaching. As an art teacher, I also actively help the school to do the writing and posting of promotional slogans, the layout of the window and the design and production of the promotional layout.

Third, work hard to develop, rely on team work to strengthen the ideological and moral construction of young people

I have been working as a team for nearly 3 years since 2000. Team work is a complicated and trivial task. The time for children to rest is often the busiest time. However, I think this is the work of the students. In the development of various activities, students can learn knowledge, exercise their will, and enhance the organization of activities. I like this work. This year I mainly carried out the following activities:

1. Grasp the student team and strengthen the infrastructure of the team organization

The team cadres are the guarantee for the normal operation of the group. In the summer, we have trained the team cadres in each class, strengthened the guidance of routine work, and improved the overall quality and ability of the team cadres. The brigade department also promoted the selection and training of small reporters, broadcasters and brigade committees to make a group of outstanding players active on campus. In September this year, a group of new drum team members showed their grace on campus.

2. Strengthening the ideological and moral construction of young people through social practice and volunteer service activities

Society is the second classroom for students to learn. Using weekends, winter and summer vacations, I will guide students to carry out some useful social practice and service activities in the community: such as “Hundreds of Family Branches and Pairs of 100 Committees”, holiday squad activities, activities for the community, nursing homes... Batch of small players with love. On the Dragon Boat Festival, Teacher's Day, and the teacher's birthday, there will be volunteers who send blessings to the teachers who have difficulties in the school, and they are very goodbye. This is the pride of our educators. The students we train are A group of loving ambassadors with love and dedication.

3. Actively carry out various campus cultural activities to let the players grow up in the experience.

The team work is mainly based on various activities. Based on the activities, I strive to build a stage for the students, in addition to the annual May Fourth Youth Day, Children's Day, September's towel change ceremony, December's campus culture and art festival, etc. In addition to the activities, I also carried out some theme activities according to the actual situation: in March, "Promoting the spirit of Lei Feng, the young people who can't afford the age", "Exploring the Dragon Boat Festival, the spirit of the national spirit", in August, "Welcome the F1 Woodpecker Action", The October Respect for the Elderly Festival allowed students to cast patriotic feelings and cultivate national spirit in a series of activities. In addition, I also organized students to actively participate in the activities of the district: the English live writing competition for middle school students in March, the swearing ceremony of the Jiading Historical Cemetery in April, the “Sixth Theme Exhibition of the District” in June, and the collection of moral essays in September. And the 12 happy squadrons displayed in the district, etc., the activities of the activities exercised the students, let the students experience hardships and taste happy. In addition to organizing students to participate in various activities, I also actively participated in the district learning Lei Feng activities in March this year, becoming a glorious volunteer. In December, the youth league members visited the difficult teachers who were seriously ill at home. In the principle of "for all students, all for students and all for students", I became a pre-first-time teacher in Degang in September. Although the team work is very busy, I also do my best to cooperate with the class teacher. Degang work, use the weekend home visit together, try to spend time with the classmates to get in touch with each other, get acquainted with each student, and do their work in a down-to-earth manner.

I will be rewarded with the support of the school leaders.
