Under extremely difficult conditions, with a high sense of responsibility and dedication and selfless dedication, I have accomplished this grassroots exercise task and basically achieved the expected goal of "tempering will and growing talents."
The relevant situation is reported as follows:
First, hard work and hard work, overcome difficulties, adapt to the grassroots as soon as possible, long-term peace of mind at the grassroots level, and strive to complete all kinds of work. The Asian hot zone where I am located is one of the most difficult areas of Ali: the average altitude is more than 5,500 meters. If you don't move, you can take a few steps and get short of breath, dizziness and tinnitus; the climate is cold, the frost-free period is less than two months every year, and in the winter it is dripping into ice; the traffic is extremely occluded, the materials are scarce, and it is not new if you eat no food. Things are gone; there is no electricity at night, and often can only read and write under the dim candlelight; cultural and recreational activities are basically impossible to talk about, life is unusually monotonous, boring, and bored.
This kind of life and working conditions that can't even be thought of in the Mainland is a very severe test for the Han Chinese doll that was born in the plains and grew up in Pingchuan. However, in the worst month of the month, I went to the Yahot district alone and worked hard for a month. I basically adapted to everything here. After the Spring Festival, I came to the Asian Hot Zone again, except at the end of June. The Transportation Bureau has adjusted the housing and has been recalled for 10 days. I have always stayed in the area and worked diligently:
My job is a secretary. I have just used it in the Yare District. Although there are secretaries in the district, there are no full-time staff. Many cases are difficult to report in time, which brings great difficulties to the work. Therefore, during the exercise, I took almost all the paperwork in the area, and drafted more than 40 copies of various types of documents in high quality and efficiency according to the instructions of the district leaders, ensuring the smooth communication between the district and the relevant units. To provide a reliable guarantee for the smooth development of all work.
In July, the heads of the districts and sub-districts of the Yare District went out because of the incident, leaving the secretary to preside over the work, and the manpower was seriously insufficient. Under this circumstance, I actively assisted the leadership and played an important role as a staff assistant. During this period, when the secretary went to the countryside again, I accepted the daily work of the temporary agency area, and this coincided with the troubled autumn of the district. Various kinds of work are coming. Under the circumstances of insufficient work experience at the grassroots level, I closely relied on local cadres and workers, and set an example in the work, successfully completed the important work of organizing grain transport vehicles, loading and unloading people's rations, and conveying the spirit of the relevant archives. Therefore, the district party secretary once praised me as “working like a leader.”
In addition, he also participated in the semi-annual statistics and the election of the National People's Congress.
Second, caring for the suffering of the people, eager to help the poor, and doing a lot of useful work for this. At present, poverty alleviation has become the top priority of our work, and we understand that the bureau contacted the poor people in Qianma Township, Yajiao District. The relevant situation is an important part of our grassroots exercise. After arriving in the Asian Hot Zone, I saw the hard life of the poor herdsmen. I can't think of my own experience of suffering in my childhood. I can't calm down for a long time. I really want to do something real for the poor people in the contact point.
Shortly after arriving at the Asian Hot Zone for the second time, he happened to meet the comrades of the Working Group on Poverty Alleviation of the Geji County Commission for Discipline Inspection. Between the talks, I was surprised to learn that their contact point is also Qianma Township. I have been responsible for the minutes of the meeting in the bureau and I know a lot about the situation, but I have never heard of anyone mentioning this. There is no doubt that the two sides do not understand this very well, and the cooperation in the work is naturally not talked about. Therefore, I immediately proposed to the leading comrades of the Discipline Inspection Commission to strengthen the cooperation between the two units on poverty alleviation, and received a positive response. Later, I wrote a letter to the leaders of the bureau to discuss their own ideas and also received recognition. Soon, with the joint efforts of the leaders of both sides, the poverty alleviation cooperation relationship was established, ending the situation of each line and will definitely have a positive impact on the future poverty alleviation work.
During the exercise, due to the salary relationship still staying in the original unit, I have always been in a tight position, but I don’t want to donate money to poor households: I occasionally went to a villager’s home in Qianma Township in January, and I was very sympathetic after learning about their hardships. I immediately gave them 100 yuan. In order to avoid hurting their self-respect, they gave the two children in the family in the name of the money. In May, they returned to the countryside, and the district leaders called for the donation of the poor households in Qiangma Township. I still pledged 100 yuan when I only had more than 100 yuan... In short, I donated more than 250 yuan before and after.
In addition, during the supervision work of the district's small supporting facilities, I used my special position to intentionally arrange more poor people to work, so that a considerable number of people have benefited from it. Among them, Meiduo, a poor household in Qiangma Village, has a income of more than 400 yuan in more than ten days. There is no problem in solving the individual's rations for one year.
However, individual behaviors such as donations cannot play much role. Therefore, I tried to go to the front line of animal husbandry production and explore ways through practice. In 9 months, I went to Qiangma to go to the countryside for 4 times and 16 days, and they were the coldest winter and spring seasons. The hard conditions are unimaginable. The longest time was at a winter pasture of more than 6,000 meters above sea level, and lived in the tent for more than ten days. The gust of wind swelled up the corner of the tent, blowing people into the sand; at night, the feet were frozen and unaware, always shaking and shrinking, not knowing when to dream. In the high mountains that are said to be 6,800 meters, even a lot of locals returning from the country are dizzy and vomiting. But even in this case, my established beliefs have never been shaken, but with other comrades, eating glutinous rice, drinking butter tea, and even swallowing bloody raw lamb; walking together in the village to understand the production of poor herders , living conditions and practical difficulties, understand their urgent requirements, and detailed records, collation, discussion, analysis, accumulated a large number of rich first-hand information, collected an intuitive and reliable basis for poverty alleviation work.
In addition, in the district, I also had extensive contact with the people at the contact points in various ways, and I also learned a lot from it.
On the basis of a lot of painstaking and meticulous investigation and analysis work, I came to the conclusion that I seem to be unsocial: Qiangma Township could not be lifted out of poverty before 2000, but this does not mean that we should do nothing, but we must take a long-term view. . At the same time, I also sorted out the working ideas: There are two root causes for the poverty of the township. First, the quality of people is low. Second, the industrial structure is too monotonous, and the production risks are too concentrated. There is an interaction between the two: a single The industry has made people stay in a certain range for a long time, and they have a sense of decision-making, so that the concept is stale; and the low level of culture and production skills make it difficult for a single industrial structure to undergo fundamental changes. In the case of frequent natural disasters, the extremely fragile single economic model of animal husbandry relying on the sky has become the root cause of the continuous generation of poor households. Therefore, the fundamental way out is to build the infrastructure of animal husbandry, improve the ability to resist disasters, and ensure the steady development of the pillar industry of animal husbandry. On the one hand, through cultural education, ideological education, vocational education, etc., to improve people's quality, and actively support, Guide and take the path of diversified operations. This idea is of course not novel, but it is a conclusion drawn from practice.
Third, the courage to take the lead, as the district country small supporting project supervision work

The Asian National Primary School was founded in 1994. At the beginning of its business, it was a waste of time, especially for accommodation and dining conditions. As early as April, I reported to the county government on the matter according to the instructions of the district leaders. By mid-July, the supporting projects for building small restaurants and dormitories in the district were finally confirmed. The county leaders decided from many aspects and finally decided I am responsible for supervision work. Although I had self-study a lot of construction knowledge at school, my practical experience was obviously lacking, so my heart was not practical. However, I feel the trust of the leader, and in order to endure a rare exercise, I resolutely accepted this task that is not easy for me.
In the first meeting with the contractor, I said bluntly: If there is any difficulty, I will try my best to solve it, but there is no room for bargaining in the quality of the project. I said this, and I did the same: during the construction period, I solved many problems such as workers' accommodation, rations, temporary cash shortages, etc., but more than once, they were arguing with the contractors for problems such as ingredients.
For most of the construction period, I stayed on the construction site and went to work with the workers. At about 8 o'clock in the morning, I hurriedly got out of bed, washed the grass, and rushed to the construction site with some food. I went back and forth inspected meticulously. I found that the problem immediately pointed out that the construction workers should correct it and eliminate the hidden danger in the bud. In view of the fact that some local workers who have done work have not done construction work, they are willing to help themselves. When carrying out key programs such as foundations, they will pour their own mortar and do their own work on other key parts. Strictly check the key processes, but the quality is not hard to sign.
The weather at the time was quite bad. The long-term hurricane and rain, early and late return, made me suffer from a bad cold, up to 20 days before and after. The cold caused a mountain reaction, which made me dizzy all day long, especially when the back of the brain was so painful that it seemed to be blasted right away. Under this circumstance, I still stick to my post, and sometimes I have to brave the wind, and climb the overhead and check the roof carefully regardless of the danger. In this way, taking some medicine, the disease is relieved, but after the cold, it will soon return to its original state. I don't care for my own body. However, building a house is a hundred-year plan, and people are sloppy.
For over forty days of supervision work, my weight was reduced by seven pounds due to overwork. The face is sun-dried, and the hands are often bloody. At that time, I had only one wish: to hand over a qualified project.
Supervising work is very easy to offend people, and the contradiction between the contractor and the head of the contractor is self-evident; especially irritating is that there are often people who try to ask for the building materials through the contractor; and often people do not know how to understand, the more blistering, Unreasonable troubles on the construction site, arbitrarily issued orders, so that construction workers are at a loss. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, I resolutely refused to ask the building materials, and patiently explained the unreasonable troublemakers. When they were helpless, they told the workers to ignore them. In this way, I do not know how to offend a few people.
As a result, the county leaders who came to accept the inspection were quite satisfied with the whole project except for the non-critical links such as scattered water and paint that were too tight. However, although I was bitter and tired during this time, I did a good job for the Asian Hot Zone. I also got a lot of exercise from it, so I felt very fulfilled and excited.
Fourth, use relatively abundant free time to study hard and prepare for future work. After attending work in August last year, I found that there are so many things that I don't understand. However, due to the busy schedule, the time that can be squeezed out for learning is very limited. But during the exercise, there is relatively more free time, and I also seized this rare opportunity.
As a young cadre working in a minority area, it is a matter of course to understand the language of some ethnic minorities. This time, the grassroots level is a good opportunity. I once again took out the spirit of humility and eagerness in the student era, and long-term insisted on learning Tibetan language from local Tibetan comrades, sometimes even asking primary school students for teaching, and using them in daily life. Hard work pays off, and in a few months, I have only learned 34 Tibetan letters from the past and can write a more correct Tibetan. From only a few everyday words to general communication with the people in Tibetan. , made great progress.
I used to work as a secretary, send and receive, etc. in the Transportation Bureau. After the 96-year machine change, I added a typing business. It goes without saying that the end of the exercise and the return to the unit will inevitably be quite arduous work. If you want to be competent, you must improve your business as much as possible. Therefore, as a secretary of the transportation system, I have learned the "Overview of Transportation Theory", "Overview of the Clerical Studies", "General Secretary of Secrets", and "Reading of Official Documents" as a shorthand for the writing of his own official documents. "" and other books, and often practice pens, so that their business quality has been greatly improved in a few months.
In this way, under extremely difficult conditions, I have significantly improved my own cultural level through my hard study, laid a solid foundation for adapting to future work, paying attention to national unity, respecting the language and customs of local people, Religious beliefs, and the local cadres and the masses are in a national area, and doing a good job of national unity is a necessary prerequisite for doing a good job. This is especially true of the Asian-hot region of the Han comrades most of the time. So from the beginning, I put national unity in an extremely important position.
In peacetime, I can work hard to learn Tibetan language. I don’t just make irresponsible remarks about the customs and religious beliefs of local people. One morning, I went to a cadre's home, and his wife just gave birth last night. When I later learned that this violated Tibetan taboos, I did not know that the ignorant did not blame, but I still found the comrade to apologize again and again; another time, I went to the district Buddhist activities to hang out, and the people invited to participate in their activities. Although more than a decade of education has made me uninterested in any religion, I still follow the requirements of the temple for three weeks.
In this way, in my dealings with the local people, I have the premise of seeking common ground while reserving differences.
In life, I am always easygoing, humble and simple, and never put any shelf on the people; on the contrary, I care about their sufferings and do a lot of useful work for them. When I arrived at the home of the cadres and workers, I went to the village to follow the customs, eating dry meat with them, drinking butter tea, talking to the sky, and forming the same family. In several experiences of going to the countryside, I also did the same with the cadres and people.
Ethnic issues have always been an important and sensitive issue in Tibet, but sometimes they cannot be avoided. On such occasions, I used my rich historical knowledge and well-informed features to patiently tell the local comrades about the origin and direction of the Tibet issue, explain the national ethnic and religious policies, and help them clarify many ideological issues. Fuzzy understanding.
Of course, for the flagrant national separatist words and deeds of a very small number of people, I can always adhere to the principle and have repeatedly and rigorously refuted the arguments.
I have won the trust and friendship of the local cadres with my own practical actions and a sincere heart. When I encounter difficulties, they always help. Especially when the vegetables were cut off in early July, the three comrades who had just returned from the area learned that they soon brought the vegetables they brought to my residence. This situation is really touching, making me a “Minorities” are left alone, but they are not isolated.
I have achieved great results during the grassroots exercise, but the problems can not be ignored:
1. In the early days, because of the unclear understanding of the significance of grassroots training work, he had made some complaints and ran into the relevant leaders. In retrospect, he was very guilty;

2. At the end of January, the traffic bureau of the traffic bureau picked me up and went back to the New Year. I was too happy. The excessive drinking of the night caused serious disappointment. Although there was a cause, but the impact was not good;
3. During the supervision work of the district small supporting project, I had offended some people because of the principle of persistence. Later, the other party repeatedly searched for a public affair, which caused me to suffer extremely unfair treatment. Adding other factors, I was disheartened. The enthusiasm for work has also dropped drastically. The belief in rooted grassroots has also moved away from this practice of private and private use. It is very inappropriate.
4. Due to various conditions, there is more hard work and less credit, and more things cannot be done in a limited time;

In short, despite some problems, in the past nine months, I have overcome the difficulties with great perseverance, and have completed the grassroots exercise tasks of the superior arrangement in a down-to-earth manner, familiar with the grassroots and close the relationship with the general public. The will is stronger and the work ability has been greatly improved, and the harvest is enormous.
