Being a good teacher is the foundation of the director of the department. In the past four years, I have been sticking to the post of the lower grade language and class teacher. With the continuous expansion of the class capacity, the continuous display of the child's personality and the continuous improvement of the expectations of the parents, I constantly strive to establish a good image of the teacher. I have been concentrating on the psychological characteristics and cognitive rules of lower grade students, and strive to form a lively, relaxed and solid teaching atmosphere. In the classroom, we strive to create an atmosphere of equality, harmony and democracy, so that each child can naturally go from the play of kindergarten to the happy learning of the national stage. I saw the children’s eyes in the classroom and the full of interest, and when they saw a smile that was fun to learn and communicate with the teacher, a kind of gratification and emotions were warmly opened in the heart. Come. Love is the foundation of all education, but only love is not enough, and students should be strictly required to study. Listening habits, work format, aesthetics and neatness of writing, observance of discipline... All of this I take the trouble to follow the temptation to help each child grow up healthily. In education, I pay more attention to fully mobilizing the strength of parents, often communicate and communicate with them, and learn ways and strategies of education. These trivial tasks require a lot of time and energy: I often go to the kindergarten to pick up my son after work. In the face of the two teachers accompanying a child, I can only smile with apologetic smile: "Sorry, come again today. It’s late.” Fortunately, my son knows the truth and always says: “It’s okay.” It’s also often at ninety o'clock in the evening, still hoarse and talking with the parents of the students to communicate with the children. There is only one purpose for doing this: everything for the sake of the child, in order to be worthy of the "good teacher."

Education and scientific research is an inexhaustible source of its own development. I have participated in the research of Changzhou City's "Learning-based Chinese Classroom Teaching Model" and "Classroom Teaching Evaluation". Many papers are in "Wujin Daily", "Teacher Training", and "Changzhou Education". 〉〉Published, this year’s “Where does the classroom resources come from?” won the second prize of Jiangsu Province’s “Shi Tao Cup” essay contest. In the first half of the year, he participated in the Jiangsu Provincial Experimental Young National Teacher Evaluation Class Competition and won the first prize in Wujin District.

It is the duty of the director of the department to do a good job in service. Every study I can formulate a work plan for the department, carefully organize and implement, and carefully arrange every activity of the department, thus ensuring that the work of the department is carried out in a normal and orderly manner.
