When I first came to this school, the school leaders asked me to be responsible for the work of the Academic Affairs Office, the language of the previous class, and also the director of the Chinese Language Department. At that time, the school had seven grades, 36 classes, and the integration of small teaching management in China. In addition to me, the Academic Affairs Office also had 11 subject directors on the same line. In the face of this new management model and unfamiliar teaching of the small and medium-sized schools, I feel the burden on my shoulders. I only feel that the pressure is great. At the same time, I am also clearly aware of such a heavy burden. I can’t pick it up alone. Must rely on everyone. Therefore, at the beginning, my position on myself was to have a keen eye, a broad vision, a vain mind, and to take advantage of all my feelings, organize the school's teaching management, and strive to form a good management situation. In order to achieve this goal, I am focusing on the following aspects:

First, strive to be an excellent teacher.

At that time, the stars needed managers, but they needed excellent teachers. What's more, the teachers who are employed to teach at the school are very good. In order to be recognized by peers, students' acceptance, parental trust, and leadership at the initial break-in period, we must first strengthen our teacher's morality and improve our professional quality. 3. Training business. 4. Focus on research. High-quality teachers should have a strong sense of scientific research. For "research", my own positioning is not high. I don't expect that I can make breakthroughs in the theory of education and teaching. I just want to promote the renewal of educational concepts and the improvement of education and teaching behavior. Therefore, in practice, I can consciously In the process of multiplication of teaching experience, it permeates rational thinking and discovers in the summary. In the past three years, I have participated in the activities of the "Language Unit Whole Teaching Research" group in Wujin District. 5. Guide young teachers. Education is a sunrise cause, and young teachers are the future of education. In the work, I am also very concerned about the growth of young teachers. I am always eager to guide them through good teaching, curriculum standards, and textbooks. Teachers who have individuality in teaching can always do everything possible to build a wonderful stage for them. For example, Yu Qing, Yan Aiguo and other teachers, under my strong recommendation and their own efforts, the public classes on the campus were praised at the provincial level, especially after the evaluation of the patriotic teacher in Jiangsu Province, in the national part. The provinces and cities opened, and the response was very strong.

Second, strive to become a diligent manager.

As the Academic Director, as early as 2000, faced with the burden of China's small teaching management, I firmly established three kinds of consciousness:

The work of the Academic Affairs Office is trivial and complicated, and the management structure of our school is not equipped with academic staff. From the first 36 classes to the 48th to the 65th classes, each row is always accompanied by sleepless nights. In the work, I can start from the overall situation, always thinking about the teachers, often go deep into the teachers and students with my thoughts, listen to their voices, capture their wishes, so that the decisions and work measures are in line with the actual and everyone's. 3. Research awareness. Management is science, and teaching management is not the same as administrative affairs. Joining the Communist Party of China is my constant pursuit. I entered the party application in 1995 and participated in the training of the town party school in 1996.
