In the second year, because our normal teachers have not been officially assigned, I came to Xinhua to study computers, because I have a good ability to accept, and I have a strong interest in computers, so I decided to give up and go home to be a small country. Teachers' job opportunities, but choose to stay in school to teach. With the conditions of three years of teacher education, I wrote a job application with confidence and did not disappoint me.
The R&D center trained for three months. On the morning of March 27, 2003, I rushed to the Xinhua with a registration card. Since then, I have started my favorite job: computer teaching. I swear in my heart: I must work hard and fully develop my own strengths; continue to learn and strive to be a true IT talent. I know that I am still not a talent, but I will continue to work hard...
So far, I have been working in Xinhua for nine months. He has worked as a teaching and class teacher for amateur computer basic classes, amateur computer installation classes, and full-time computer installation classes, and manages the fourth floor Internet internship room. I will now summarize my work situation in the past nine months, in order to seek long and short, to improve myself, and to point the way for the work in the coming year.
In the beginning, in the original new Aite computer management network internship room. Because there are only four computers in the computer room, it is very easy to manage. Therefore, in addition to the computer room management and machine maintenance work, I spend most of my time reviewing the materials and preparing the course "Computer Installation and Maintenance Tutorial".
A month later, obeying the arrangement of the superiors, I was transferred to the teaching point of Huaiyu Building. At that time, it coincided with the initial emergence of atypical pneumonia virus, and the source of the recruitment--the talent market was closed. I am naturally placed in the guard room on duty. This work I have been doing until the SARS cloud disappeared, accumulated for nearly 3 months. These three months are unforgettable for me, not only because it is a special three-month recognized globally, but also a rare three months in my life. During the period, there was no 8-hour working system for me, almost 12 hours a day, and occasionally a part of the amateur class, without any extra allowance, and was slightly insulted. I have made several ideological struggles: Is it resigned? But after weighing the balance, I finally decided to stick to it, and I thought of it as my own temper.

I started the "Computer Installation and Maintenance" course for the full-time class in July. In August, I started to take over the full-time class teacher and took over the installation room on the fourth floor. It has been more than six months now. Below I will elaborate on the points summarized in the last six months of work to achieve the purpose of promoting my progress and lay the foundation for a better work in the coming year:

First, we must continue to learn and improve our business ability. "To give students a glass of water, teachers must have a bucket of water." This should be the principle that must be adhered to as a teacher. In order to expand my computer installation and maintenance knowledge and skills, in addition to studying textbooks over and over again, I often go to the bookstore to check out the extracurricular books, go to the forum to see stickers, ask questions, ask the teacher modestly, take the initiative to go to the student computer room to help troubleshoot, etc. Wait. However, I feel that there is a lack of professional theoretical knowledge, so many problems encountered in class can not be prepared to explain in time. I will continue to learn and keep improving.

Second, carefully prepare each lesson "10 minutes in class, ten years in class." I think this is about the importance of preparing lessons. The time in class is very short, and the requirements are very high: First, we must ensure the correctness and scientific nature of the content; second, we must pay attention to the gradual progress of teaching; third, to achieve the teaching effect; Fourth, to take into account the ability of students to accept Wait, all aspects involved must be considered. And all these aspects to consider are not based on the temporary play of the teacher for fifty minutes, but by your time to prepare for the class, that is, to prepare lessons. I basically do this. I admit that there are times when I haven’t done it because of laziness, so I have no clue in class, but I still have to talk hard on the scalp. Although I have talked about it, it is very chaotic, and it’s not systematic, the teaching effect can be imagined. I know that I feel very tired. In the future, I will not let this phenomenon happen to me again.

Third, with students as the main body, teachers as the mainstay from beginning to end, we should all put students in the main position, because the master of learning is the students. In order to do this, I mainly used a heuristic education method in class. For the key points and difficulties, I usually ask questions first, and give the students three to five seconds to think and then explain them. For the easier ones, I will explain them carefully. If necessary, the students will repeat or answer them. I will make up for it again.

4. Communicate more with students and communicate with students. You can know how students learn and improve their teaching. They can understand the situation of students and achieve targeted teaching and management. They can enhance the friendship between teachers and students and make students more cooperative. Your work... I have not done enough. I just get up a little bit by calling them up every morning. I will increase my communication opportunities in the future. I will go to the student bedroom to chat with them after the evening study. I will use the spare time to talk to them often. I will educate them when I start classes. With them, run the computer city and so on.

Fifth, we must have a strong sense of responsibility and pressure is power, yes. Responsibility can be described as pressure from a certain angle. As long as there is a sense of responsibility, work will not be sloppy, not lazy, will not be criticized, and will not stop. On the contrary, it is serious, diligent, praised, and constantly progress. Director Wang gave me the management on the fourth floor. There have also been many problems. To sum up, it is because the responsibility is not strong. Under the direct and indirect education of Director Wang and the teachers, I feel a lot of progress. After the evening study, I always do not worry, often check whether the projection is off, whether the power is cut off, the door is locked, and so on. Of course, responsibility is also important in teaching and class teacher management.
