Looking back at the work in the past two years, I want to summarize it with three words: "learning", "cooperation", and "development".

It's hard for me to forget one thing at the beginning of the semester. Principal Pang took a small part of the teacher from the experimental country to listen to the teacher Dong Yuhua's class. Overnight, President Yuan asked me to arrange the class and venue for the class. I promised and called Wang Weihu as usual to ask the information office to arrange the classroom. sound. The next morning, President Yuan asked me about this again, and I promised it. Okay! Unexpectedly, when President Yuan and Principal Pang took a group of teachers from the experimental class to open the door and walked into the familiar classroom, the interior was a mess: messy chairs, paper-covered ground, and panels. The detached table... I was really ashamed when the teacher, such as Hideyoshi Hideyoshi, reached out to help organize the tables and chairs. Later, I knew that Pang Principal was a teacher with a lower grade to see our class routine. Principal Pang did not criticize me. President Yuan did not blame me. Even Wang Weihu’s teacher specifically apologized to me, but for a long time I did not dare to look at the faces of the two principals and dared not recall this matter. They are always the most vivid teachers around me.

Of course, the teachers who are teachers are also the subject directors of our various disciplines. Because they are experts on various lines, my entry in many disciplines is guided by their enthusiasm, but we are more of each other. The cooperation, under the guidance of the principal of the land, we focused on three aspects of work:

First, the construction of a relatively complete quality assurance system

It mainly outlines the framework of the quality assurance system from the aspects of homework, group preparation, subject competition and activity courses: the job evaluation at the end of the period is a regular self-examination of the preparation group and random examination of the subject group; The research and final exams are equally important, paying attention to the quality situation under normal conditions; identifying and improving the preparation team leader, starting the collective preparation team leader responsibility system, formulating the duties of the preparation team leader; perfecting the discipline competition system, and conducting the discipline competition normally and effectively every semester Activities; this semester cooperates with the principal's office to initiate a routine research mechanism to complete the research review.

Second, build a relatively broad teaching and research platform

Multi-level teaching and research activities: Each semester adheres to different levels of teaching and research activities, such as normal preparation group, subject group, school level, and school level, to promote the participation of teachers in the seminar, internalize the implementation concept, improve the operation strategy, and carry out Targeted school-based training.

The interactive research mechanism of the two schools: Every semester, we insist on teaching and research activities according to the plan and the real teacher, and make good use of the superior resources of the two schools to jointly build a high-level research platform, including language, mathematics and English twice, music, sports, Art and science are once different, and the normal activities are more than 10 times per semester. At the same time, the concept of “classes with lessons” was established, and each research activity has related topics. This semester also formed a summary of research activities.

Subject Director's special investigation: Each semester's subject director conducts routine research on the teaching situation of the subject, and forms certain written materials for communication, discussion and problem solving, promotes research at the subject director level, and promotes the "disciplinary director responsibility system". Effective strategy.

Third, the launch of a new curriculum study of school-based

The current teaching work is inseparable from the background of the “new round of curriculum reform”. With the guidance and help of Pang Principal, we launched a school-based study on several growth points of the new curriculum: China’s small joint development of language, mathematics, The "Guidance on Discipline Reform" in English subjects enhances the implementation level of classroom teaching; the school-based curriculum promotes the teaching of diary essays with "Starry Sky", and promotes extracurricular reading with the revision of "Reading Reading" twice. This semester has formulated the supporting textbooks. Thinking Training is being tested, and the "Spoken English Course" has been developed to promote the training of spoken English. The comprehensive practical activities have adopted the multi-intelligent theme teaching concept for school-based design and implementation. Of course, these are still just starting, and then we will conduct multi-layered discussions to promote gradual improvement and improvement.

Listed so much, just want to say: the work of the Academic Affairs Office is inseparable from the cooperation of all members. Cooperation has increased trust and understanding and gained unity and progress. It can be said that every member of our Academic Affairs Office is an individual who is good at working independently, but when we are holding hands, it is a team full of fighting power.

Of course, as the Academic Affairs Office, we have close cooperation with the Department of Political Education, the Department of Education, and the management of teachers. Whenever I think of myself as a member of the work chain that is dependent on each other, the warmth of my heart will rise. I know that this is the source of my inexhaustible power.

In fact, working in the Academic Affairs Office, if you are not careful, you will be overwhelmed by the daily cumbersome affairs. Qualitative research. Of course, this is just getting started, but participating in the research has gradually made me a lot of vague perceptual knowledge, and enhanced the original cognitive ability and the content of rational thinking at work. Learning to "learn in research, reflect on research", "let research become our way of working, let learning become our way of life" has also become my subconscious pursuit. In this sense, educational research has given me a hard, busy, and ordinary job with no regrets.
