The past year has been unusual for *schools. This year, we have very rare opportunities. Revitalizing and strengthening the country has become the focus of education in Shanghai. Fortunately, our faculty and staff worked together to overcome the management difficulties caused by the school, overcome the difficulties of the students' source quality, overcome the long-standing financial difficulties, and overcome the excessive number of students. The three things we do are: First, we make a strategic choice in line with the school-based philosophy. Our strategic choice is the year of management and cooperation in the 2001 academic year, and the year of learning and service in the 20O2 academic year. Second, we strive to implement democratic management and create a good institutional environment for the professional development of faculty and staff in schools. In order to effectively lead this school to success, I personally did the following things during the year:

4. I am determined to revitalize the school for a long time. There are always people inside and outside the school who speculate that I am going to leave the school. Although I will not stay here for the rest of my life, I set my time to leave the school as: 1.
