I have been established since the Star Experiment School and have served as the director of music. In the past three years or so, I have been able to be honest and diligent in the status of a star master, and have achieved some results. This achievement I have achieved is inseparable from the support of the leaders and the help of my colleagues in the subject group; this achievement is insignificant compared to the performance of other colleagues in the subject group. Each teacher in the subject group has a good teacher's morality and solid basic skills. The teaching and research atmosphere of our subject group is particularly relaxed and special, and the office has truly achieved freedom of speech. At the same time, we can use the spare time, study the "new curriculum standard" seriously, try to implement the new teaching concept in the specific classroom teaching, continue to summarize after the class, continue to reflect, and publish more than 80 papers at the district, city and provincial levels. . While the teachers and students of the school have jointly created the Star brand, we have been working hard to build the brand of the Music Discipline Group. Not disappointing, the subject group won the first prize of “Excellent Subject Group” every semester, and this year it was recommended as “Wujin District Women's Demonstration Post”. In the future work, I hope that everyone can give more support and understanding to the music subject group.
