The school TV station is the only university TV station in the province. It was established in 1994. After the school, the TV station was separated from the audio-visual education and became an important propaganda media for the school news center. There are only three TV stations, which can't adapt to the task of the news and photography publicity of the three campuses after the school. Now there are 6 formal employees. We have strengthened the business learning of the staff through various channels, and the business level of each person has been greatly improved, and the production level of the program has also been continuously improved. Team building is also reflected in the fact that every comrade on TV can treat every job with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism. They are responsible and meticulous in their work, and never care about personal gains and losses. The special nature of the work of TV stations is often full of working hours and overtime after work. Our comrades work overtime on almost every weekend. However, our comrades have never called for bitterness. They have been tired. They have never had to pay a penny for overtime in three years. This shows that this is a united, dedicated, dedicated and combative team. .
The third is to strengthen the system construction TV station is a new institution of the school, there is no ready-made norm in management; and the special media form of TV propaganda requires that the rules and regulations must be strictly followed, otherwise it will be prone to various liability accidents. In the past three years, according to the nature of TV work, we have successively formulated and continuously improved nearly 30 rules and regulations, from program editing, production, broadcast, to job responsibilities, equipment management, etc., so that every work has rules to follow. The first dream: to build a cable TV network on the campus of Shandong University. This dream was to start planning and designing before the school was completed. After the joint school, it was further enriched and perfected according to the reality of the new mountain.
This project is leading in the country from design ideas to technical ideas and has important innovative significance. In 2002, the broadcasting station took the lead in realizing networked broadcasting, and accumulated rich technical and management experience for cable TV networking. After nearly 20 revisions, the program was finally approved by the school at the end of 2002. It was approved by the school meeting in early 2003, and the funds were implemented at the end of 2003 and started. In the middle and late 2004, after the success of the cable TV network in the three campuses, the cable TV broadcast of the three campuses will be realized, which is of great significance for the school to strengthen work propaganda, information communication, unite people's hearts and unify thoughts. We will continue to produce quality products around the school center, expand social influence, and improve social benefits. In accordance with the state's regulations and requirements for the development of radio and television in colleges and universities, the service scope and service functions of TV stations and campus cable television networks will be expanded to build a first-class university TV station with great influence in China. Although it can be said that this is an advantage, sometimes it is not enough to pay attention to people, considering time and occasion. Sometimes, words and deeds may not be appropriate, but they cannot be accurately understood.
