Actively look for the market, do everything possible, contact all relatives and friends, and expand the market to the Forestry Bureau, try to contract more projects.
In order to expand the business scope of the company, our factory has signed a cooperation agreement with Harbin Guangyu Group and developed a box-type substation project. At present, we have produced and sold a box-type substation. In addition, we have completed the cable channel project of Netcom. , the tax bureau office building distribution box project, Uma River Procuratorate office building distribution box project, Yongshun home, Taoyuan district, hydrophilic home, Xinghewan and other residential buildings. Although the amount of engineering is large, due to high cost, low profit, and fierce market competition, this year's output value is not satisfactory. With the support and help of the company's leaders, this year's expenses have been effectively guaranteed. This year, the total output value of 10,000 yuan was completed, and the sales revenue was 10,000 yuan.

In the work, it fully embodies "collective leadership, democratic concentration, individual brewing, meeting decisions".
