I. 2. The management experience over the years has made me deeply realize that to do a good job in safety work, we must do a good job in basic management. To this end, I organized technical personnel to revise and improve the "safe production post responsibility system", "safety operation procedures for each type of work", "safe production operation procedures" and other 22 types of operating procedures, 24 equipment operating procedures, and bound into The book is distributed to each team to organize employees for training. 3, to achieve safe production, the system is a guarantee, the key is to implement. In order to ensure the serious implementation of the various systems, I organize the management personnel and the squad leader to regularly go to each team to carry out the implementation of the safety hazard investigation and inspection system. In the process of safety hazard investigation, the system is classified and inspected according to the system: the state of mechanical equipment, the state of electrical equipment, the various safety protection systems and grounding systems of machinery and electrical equipment, the maintenance and repair of equipment, and the safety of each team. Activities and classes will be recorded. Develop solutions one by one for the problems identified, implement responsible persons and solve deadlines. For example, when the track of the sports car in the workshop is not normal, in order to grasp the first-hand information, he personally went to the sports car for inspection. The problem was solved in combination with the team and the technician to make corrective measures to ensure the normal operation of the sports car. In order to ensure safe use of electricity, in the first half of the year, the organization replaced a total of 4 power distribution panels, lighting lines more than 500 meters, replacement and finishing of the grounding line 120 meters, increase and supplement the grounding line 50 meters. The electric fans in the workshop are all equipped with grounding wires. The mobile lighting fixtures and hand-held electric drills are all replaced with rubber cables, thus ensuring the safety of the staff. In order to prevent the occurrence of fire accidents, fire extinguishers, sandboxes and other fire-fighting equipment are provided for the transformers and drying boxes of the repair shop. The workshop safety power supply system diagram and leakage management device test management regulations were prepared. The high-voltage tester was repaired, two test chambers, a high-voltage switchgear and an excitation cabinet were installed to strengthen the investment in equipment. I also personally led the technician to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the power supply line and grounding system inside the unit, and carried out short-circuit protection setting calculation to ensure full power supply. In the organization of the light-duty support repair work, in order to ensure safe production, I personally organized the management personnel to the scene, and took timely measures to solve the problems and hidden dangers in the work, to ensure that the production tasks were completed on time and quality. Due to the hot summer weather, in order to prevent the occurrence of heatstroke, we distributed moisture-proof products such as mung bean and sugar for each team, and adjusted the working hours in time. No heat stroke occurred to ensure safety and smooth summer.
4. In the early stage of the light-duty bracket maintenance work in early 2004, the weather was cold in winter, and the outdoor could not be overhauled, and the indoor maintenance was difficult due to the narrow space, less storage of the brackets, and heavy maintenance tasks. The management personnel and technicians of the organization personally went to the site to combine the inspection location and the actual situation. The simulation tool machine was used to lay the laying line on the ground. The original can only be placed in three to four, and one is taken. In the underground, due to accidents and injuries caused by the mishandling of the guards and slabs by the staff, special arrangements are required for the maintenance of the guard panels and the placement of the brackets according to the actual maintenance measures, and the technicians are required to personally participate in the maintenance work. The safety hazards that emerged were promptly modified and implemented, thus ensuring the smooth completion of the task of repairing the light stand.

5. Seriously implement the “pre-class meeting” system, “pre-post personnel status confirmation system”, “pre-job confirmation system”, “start-up confirmation system”, “safe construction process confirmation board” and “scattered work ticket” system . Various safety technical measures have been quantified, such as the number, height and inclination of the I-beam, chute lifting and stacking, and the safety distance of the staff.
Due to the safety hazard investigation work, the division of labor has been clearly defined. As a result, safety production was achieved in the first three quarters, bringing safety work to a new level.
III. Comprehensively carry out quality standardization battles and “6S” management activities In the mine quality standardization campaign and “6S” management activities, I actively organized and implemented the “6S” implementation rules for this unit, each team and each position. And assessment criteria. We will achieve comprehensive publicity, layer-by-layer launch, and everyone learn new standards and regulations, and carry out a campaign of quality standardization and “6S” competition in various production positions. In the management of materials and accessories, the following work has been done:
1. The specifications, quantity and price are accurate.
2. Strengthen the storage of warehouses to prevent waste such as “running and dripping” and “using large materials and abandoning old ones”. Insist on the payment of materials, accessories and the "old and new" system according to the work ticket. The technicians are required to participate in the acceptance inspection of materials, accessories and special tools to prevent counterfeit products from entering the warehouse.
3. According to the problem of serious over-expenditure of the single pillars, the production cost management system is proposed. The single-worker department must use the pillars, standby, repairs, and the amount of scrapped and scrapped, and the production units. Detailed recording and analysis of use, damage, etc. Advance prevention and timely measures to minimize rents. At the end of last year, when 41 working faces were finished with no pits, I organized personnel to compare economic benefits in time to provide a basis for mine leadership decision-making. 5. Vigorously carry out income-increasing and expenditure-saving activities. In order to reduce the production cost of mines, our department has carried out income-increasing and expenditure-saving activities. While ensuring the completion of the production tasks of the mines, we organized the overtime work of the employees to complete the organization: 20 large tanks were produced. Overhaul 67 sets of light-release brackets; 800 items of single-pillar bases, etc., saving more than 500,000 yuan for the mine.
