I only work as a teacher because I like it, so my attitude is positive and active.

For the unfamiliar students, more help is given. The intention is to make them recover their self-confidence and get out of the misunderstanding of self-evaluation. People's feelings are mutual, and teachers' sincere students can feel it. In the class, the students’ fingers were broken, and they needed to be bandaged. I couldn’t find the red potion at the moment. I didn’t say anything, I bought it on the bicycle and bought it back. Later, this student was close to me, and the class was no longer tricky. Next, insist on getting along with the students, encourage them to talk about their own ideas, and try to form a habit of communication between teachers and students. I firmly believe that only when the student accepts you, can you accept your education with an active attitude.
It is not enough to have the duty to teach and educate people. It is not enough to be diligent in studying and educating students. Educational activities have their objective laws, and the correct use of teaching rules can improve the efficiency of teachers. The core of this law is the scientific and effective method of education, which can be obtained by continually exploring. I remember that when I was a student, I was able to spend time easily and happily. Finally, I successfully entered the key universities. Most of the students around me were diligent and eager to learn. But there are always examples of efforts that are not effective. Xushe's learning method is right. Since then, I want to be a teacher in the future. I can introduce my learning methods to others and benefit more people. So when I went to the job interview, I said frankly: I have this advantage. Advising students to an effective learning method is equivalent to completing more than half of science teaching. However, it is very hard to implement this work in teaching activities. Because students are inert, they are used to cramming education, too lazy to read books themselves, even if they are simple things, he wants you to speak, so I need my teaching. The law breaks the traditional model. However, it is compatible with the new learning method, but I can't see the results in a short time, but I still do it tirelessly, because the syllabus clearly points out that the purpose of education is to lay a solid foundation for students to enter the society in the future. What is the basis? The foundation is a kind of ability. The future society is a constantly updated society. To be based on it, we must constantly learn, acquire new knowledge, and enrich ourselves. In other words, the specific knowledge learned in school is not enough. Therefore, what we want to give students is something that can be continued. This is the ability. Then, no matter what time, no matter which field of knowledge, as long as he wants to learn, he will not feel confused without a teacher. I am gratified that most of the students accepted my suggestion.
Scientific teaching also requires teachers to constantly improve themselves, improve their business level, and expand their knowledge. After students form good study habits, their divergent thinking has been developed, and the questions raised are naturally more and more extensive. No matter how busy the work is, I insist on repeatedly researching the textbooks, reading a large number of reference books to improve my business ability, and in addition to public knowledge, English, Japanese, computer, and Mandarin have achieved great results. I think, as a teacher, the wider the knowledge, the better your own feelings, and the students feel good about you.
Education is a difficult task, and it is very difficult to do it well. But I believe that as long as you are dedicated, you will definitely gain something. In my spiritual life, there will be a joy that ordinary people can't match.
