Post Office Office Director's Report
In the first half of this year, I followed the work guidelines and ideas of the Municipal Bureau of “accelerating reform, innovation mechanism, optimal structure, and benign development” as the guide, implementing the work focus of the party committee XXXX, focusing on secretarial, financial, personnel, labor, logistics, etc. Management work, we can work hard to do every job, cooperate with the administration, to protect and serve the center of production and management.
I can educate employees on the XXXX situation, service awareness, professional ethics, etc., to establish a new concept of "developing business by service and establishing image by service", and provide strong ideological guarantee and spiritual motivation for the sustainable development of enterprises. In the management work, first of all, the employees will realize the concept renewal, establish the concept of XXXX commercialization, use the business management thinking and means in the external market, win customers with quality service, actively develop business, and develop the city often inside. In management, we must insist on invigorating management, standardizing operations, exploring ways of innovative management, and promoting the improvement of corporate efficiency. In the past six months, through the joint efforts of the overall employees, the indicators issued by the Municipal Bureau have been better completed. among them:
Business income, completed from January to June, was 23.19 million yuan, accounting for 46.64% of the annual plan, an increase of 34.2% over the same period last year.
Balance of income and expenditure: 999.44 million yuan was completed in January-June, and 47.18% of the annual plan was completed, an increase of 43.31% over the same period of last year.
Employee income: The average monthly income of employees from January to June was 2,860 yuan, an increase of 11.8% over the same period of last year.
The rate of improvement of talent quality: the rate of improvement of the quality of talents issued by the Municipal Bureau was completed, and the number of newly added secondary schools and academic qualifications was 11.
I will now report on the main work carried out around the production and operation center in the previous year as follows:
I. Work on the theme of innovation and reform, focusing on the reform of the "three systems", actively and steadily carry out various tasks, establish and improve various systems, and safeguard the rights and interests of both employees.

It is to completely break the old system of “big pot rice” and encourage employees to develop business. "Remuneration by quantity, and remuneration by post" is a reflection of the more labor-intensive distribution method. It reflects the wishes of the employees. How can we make it well? In the course of implementing this work, I have organized the leadership team, department leaders, laborers, and employee representatives to hold meetings for repeated discussions, and then sent special personnel to each position to measure the standards of “quantity” and “job” and formulated New salary allocation method. At the same time, the post is also balanced and verified repeatedly to be accurate, fair and reasonable. In this process, I follow the attitude of seeking truth from facts and regularly go to various departments to understand the employees' views on the XXXX reform, solicit their opinions on the new salary distribution method, and then continually modify them to make them reasonable and timely. Good employees' ideas lead the work, eliminate their doubts, and increase the transparency of employee distribution. From January to May, the per capita income of employees was 2,860 yuan, an increase of 11.8% over last year. The work done is recognized and supported by the employees, which mobilizes the enthusiasm of the employees.
3. In view of the high mobility of the staff of the Bureau, the lack of uniform standards for recruiting staff, and the development of the “XXXX City XXXXXXXX Bureau Job Recruitment Interview Evaluation Form”, recruiting employees from the evaluation factors such as academic qualifications, image and personal cultivation. Strictly put the door to the first level.
4. In order to strengthen the management of the bureau, unify the overall image, enable employees to strictly abide by organizational discipline, formulate the "XXXX City XXXXXXXX Bureau Attendance System", and standardize the internal management of the Bureau.
5. Adhere to the ten-day analysis system. The office is scheduled to be on the 7th, 17th, and 27th of each month for the management analysis meeting of the bureau. Through the meeting, the heads of various departments will be aware of the operation of the department every ten days, and have plans and measures for the work in the next ten days. The completion of the various tasks of each department also ensures that the tasks of the bureau can be completed according to the progress required by the municipal bureau.
Standardized management, strict requirements
1. With the transformation of XXXX commercialization, the company has changed from the management of the past project management to the market operation, breaking the traditional business and continuously exploring new business. First, strictly implement the cash management system. 3. Do a good job in guiding the mind and keeping the workforce stable. Do a good job in the ideological and political work of the staff. We can go deep into the various departments on a regular basis, talk to the employees, understand the employees' views on the XXXX reform, and do a good job in guiding the work in time. Employees eliminate doubts, work more enthusiastically and fully, and form a good atmosphere in the overall situation. For example, in the formulation of the salary distribution method, some employees do not understand the purpose of the reform and the significance of implementing the salary reform, and there are doubts in the thinking. Looking back and checking the problems that existed in my own situation, I think that the main tasks of administration, personnel, finance, and logistics are not fully utilized.

The burden of the head of the integrated office is very heavy. Its job responsibilities are to assist the bureau leaders in handling daily affairs, assist the bureau leaders in grasping the overall situation, micro-processing various hot and difficult issues in this bureau, giving full play to administrative functions and promoting the development of XXXX business. I must take care of the overall situation, take the interests of the people above everything else, overcome the negative grievances, develop XXXX, maintain the image of XXXX, unite with the leaders of the leadership team, lay down the burdens, and actively assist the leaders of the bureau to grasp the work and strive for When a qualified grassroots leader.
2. Study hard, improve quality, improve work ability, and contribute to the development of XXXX business.
