The deputy director of the Ministry of Education reported in October last year, under the care and trust of the party groups and comrades, after the democratic evaluation and the appointment of the party group, I embarked on the post of Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Education. First, establish a sense of responsibility and constantly improve their theoretical literacy.
The Ministry of Education is responsible for the ideological and moral quality of the company's workforce and the construction of technical and cultural qualities. As the deputy minister of the Ministry of Education, it must be first in theory, advanced in thinking and understanding, and possess strong political acumen and political discernment. In the past year, I have consciously followed this requirement in my work, strengthened my sense of responsibility, and kept pace with the times, and strived to adapt my learning to the requirements of the situation and constantly improve my theoretical literacy. First, in accordance with the party group's study plan, read through the "Party Members' "Three Lectures" Education Reader, and self-study "The Outline of the Tenth Five-Year Plan", Deng Xiaoping, and Jiang Zemin's exposition on the development of the western region, "Theory Learning Counseling Materials" General Secretary Jiang’s "1 July" important speech and the "Decision" of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee. Second, in the work of the "three stresses" inspection team, together with the leadership team of the stationed units, further intensive study on the necessary readings in the "three stresses" education. The third is to seriously study the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and make rational thinking on how to implement and implement this important thinking. Over the past year, I have made more than 30,000 reading notes and written 8 thoughts and theoretical articles. The strengthening of theoretical study has promoted the enhancement of political literacy and political sensitivity. For example, how to learn and implement General Secretary Jiang’s "1 July" important speech, he feels that he cannot simply implement the file of the superior file in the file, but should reflect the company's own The characteristics of the company's "learning and implementing the 'Three Represents' important thinking plan" were put forward and implemented. Second, find the right place to work, and actively play the role of staff assistant.
As the saying goes: the mouth of the job, the leg of the deputy. Although this sentence is not entirely correct, there are certain reasons. It depends on how you understand it. I feel that it is how to identify the position of the deputy, handle the relationship with the position, and focus on the work. On, it still has its positive guiding significance. I understand this sentence from a positive aspect, and I have realized some of my experiences. This is: full-time grasp of comprehensive, deputy and dedication; specific thinking, deputy promotion. And use this as the motto of your own work. In the past year, in his deputy position, he has consciously made "the work is not in place, not complementing each other", so that you can think more carefully, be cautious, and act as a staff assistant. First of all, it is to establish the concept of the overall situation. For the department, the overall work of the company is the overall situation. For the in charge of the work, the overall work of the department is the overall situation. In the research work, unreservedly express personal opinions and suggestions. After leading the decision-making or collective decision-making, we should focus on the overall situation, consciously safeguard the authority of the leadership and the collective, and take the initiative to implement the work. Secondly, it is to pay attention to the unity of the maintenance department, misunderstandings and differences between the department's work and comrades, and try their best to coordinate and guide the work. Over the past year, we have repeatedly talked with the department comrades, communicated ideas, explained doubts, and eliminated them. Some misunderstandings and contradictions have enhanced unity. Third, try our best to make use of their strengths in the work, take the initiative to complement each other's strengths, and strive to achieve the best of both worlds. If you actively play to the strengths of your own writing skills, take the initiative to fulfill the task of enriching and improving the department's annual work ideas, and personally guide the revision of other key text materials of the department, and make good publicity and text.
Third, pay attention to working methods, and strive to develop a work style that is really hard work.
It is not an empty talk, and seeking truth and being pragmatic is the fine style of our party. I always pay attention to this strict requirement, the lower level of the grassroots focus on investigation and research, and the guidance work based on inspiration and help, instead of commanding orders. For example, in the investigation of branch offices, detailed guidance was given on how to implement the important thinking of the "Three Represents" from the channels and measures, which inspired the ideas and received favorable comments. For the difficulties at the grassroots level, actively report to the relevant departments and promote their solutions. For the work in charge of the work, focus on grasping the key points, do a good job of leading coordination, such as the company's press release materials and other key work, personally get started, to ensure the smooth completion of the work.
Fourth, strengthen the awareness of progress, and strive to complete their tasks.
At the beginning of last year, the work plan of the comprehensive ministers and comrades completed the annual work arrangement of the department with certain new ideas. In terms of the construction of the workforce, the company has proposed and organized the “New Laborers Activities in the New Century”, mobilizing employees to strive for excellence in the form of “four new”, “five combinations” and “six matches and six ratios”. Enthusiasm has promoted the improvement of the quality of the workforce. Appointed by the company's party committee, participated in the "Party Party Style Concentrated Education" inspection team and the "three lectures of education look back" guidance group, which lasted nearly three months. In the work, dedication, hard work, high responsibility, proactive, and earnest quality. As a member of the inspection team, we can lead by example, take the lead in unity, work together, work with the comrades of the branch, work overtime, work hard, work hard, do not disgrace the mission, successfully completed the inspection and guidance tasks, and the branch company that we contacted also obtained the company. The inspection team's praise, his work has also been fully affirmed by the company's party committee and the cadres and workers of the stationed units. In the fourth quarter, in the preparatory meeting of the company's corporate culture construction, we focused on the revision of the experience materials and leadership speeches, and fulfilled our due responsibilities for the success of the on-site meeting. Acting as the propaganda committee member of the Party branch of the company, active and responsible, and often use his spare time to carry out his work, do a good job in theoretical study of the party organization, formulate and implement the "Four-Five" law-enforcement plan, and organize the "Four-Five" law-enforcement examination of the trade unions. The implementation of the various requirements of the party committee of the organ for propaganda work has fulfilled its due responsibilities.
5. There are problems.
The main reason is that sometimes the tone of speech is not enough, making it difficult for comrades to accept; the innovation of the work in charge needs to be strengthened.
This year, we must further strengthen our self-cultivation, improve our working methods, improve our personal affinity, and strive to create a new situation in our work with an innovative spirit.
