First, learning that focuses on business knowledge. The second emphasis is on the combination of learning and learning. Since the beginning of this year, I have always adhered to the work style of seeking truth and being pragmatic. Whether during the period of the competition or after the adjustment of the division of labor, the spirit of being responsible for the unit, responsible for the cause, and responsible for the employees is a high standard with other comrades. High requirements and consistently do their job well, be a good first-hand staff assistant.
In terms of administrative management, it is mainly to coordinate, manage and supervise daily affairs. In the first half of the year, before adjusting the division of labor, we focused on several remaining issues in the operation: First, the original contractor of the Daxi Road Ballroom was in arrears with the contract for legal proceedings and prepared for the new round of bidding; the second was for the first floor hotel. In terms of infrastructure, the focus has been on the transformation of the office area. In terms of propaganda, it mainly made three aspects of work: First, the establishment of the library propaganda leading group, the establishment of the library's propaganda network, the relevant departments have established propaganda information officers, and strengthened the propaganda work of the museum. In the whole year, 16 articles were used by newspapers and radio stations, and more than 20 articles were adopted by Zhenjiang Culture. The manuscript rate was among the best in the cultural system. Secondly, the internal publication “People's Cultural Information” was released and issued, and four issues have been issued. This has established a publicity and information work link between the platform and the cultural centers of counties and cities, and formed a publicity information network centered on the city hall. In the work, we can always strictly demand ourselves, do everything in our power, lead by example, and take the lead in implementing the various rules and regulations of the museum to drive and influence other comrades by our own words and deeds. In the purchase of elevators, computers and other equipment, the government tenders are implemented in strict accordance with the regulations. In the process of transforming the office area, it is completely open, fair and just, and does not engage in black-box operations. In the work, we can properly handle the relationship between career and family. Since my lover is on a business trip all the year round, I have to pick up my daughter every day. I have to take care of my daily life. However, I have to wait for time to ask for more urgent work. When I am busy during the day, I will take it home and wait until the child sleeps at night. Busy with your own business. On the day of rest, I often take time out, go to the unit to take a turn, take a look, deal with some things that are not completed in peacetime, and never delay work because of family reasons.
Of course, I also have a lot of places where my work is not in place. First, this year's investigation and research work is still not deep enough, lacking the main mention and orientation, and busy dealing with the higher level essay activities. It is not enough to go to the community or township. Second, there is still a lack of enthusiasm in some work. For example, it is planned to build a popular cultural website in 2004, taking into account personnel and technical issues, and has been hesitant; and this year, the computer training of cadres and workers. Third, there is still a lack of comprehensiveness and systemicity in learning. Especially in the business, we must further strengthen.
