In terms of infrastructure, the focus has been on the transformation of the office area. This year, according to the overall plan of the building formulated last year, the two business projects of “tea house” and “urban tide” were respectively withdrawn. In the first half of the year, together with the comrades of the infrastructure leadership team, they focused on the demonstration and design of the transformation plan and design plan, and contacted several construction units to make inquiries according to the design plan. The project budget was strictly reviewed and discussed. In the end, without changing the design and materials, the budget was determined from more than 290,000 to more than 160,000, a drop of nearly 50%. In addition, in conjunction with the provincial social work conference at the beginning of the year, the transformation of the “multimedia classroom” on the third floor was carried out. In the whole year, 16 articles were used by newspapers and radio stations, and more than 20 articles were adopted by Zhenjiang Culture. The manuscript rate was among the best in the cultural system. Secondly, the internal publication “People's Cultural Information” was released and issued, and four issues have been issued. This has established a publicity and information work link between the platform and the cultural centers of counties and cities, and formed a publicity information network centered on the city hall.
