I. Performance of duties From August 2000 to the present, I have experienced three stages of work. The first phase is in the office, the second phase is in the assessment office, and the third phase is in the program-controlled computer room.
When the company first arrived, the office was building an office automation network. As an undergraduate student who just graduated from college, I was assigned to participate in this work. According to the work deployment of the provincial company, the construction of the office network is divided into three steps. One is the networking of the office network, the other is the installation and debugging of the office network client and the training of the office automation software. The third is the maintenance of the office network and the client. Long-term maintenance work. I am mainly responsible for the last two steps. During my work, I have been working faster and better in the company, serving the company's purpose, actively learning, working hard, and strive to do a better job in their own work, while actively completing other tasks assigned by the superior.
In March 2001, after I was familiar with all aspects of the office work, I was able to do a good job in my job. With the establishment of the appraisal office, the assessment work was urgently needed. I was transferred to the appraisal office and led by the director. Under the independent completion of the company's assessment work, achieved certain results. First, this is a work involving a wide range of operations and complicated operations. I have made the assessment fair and fair in a serious and responsible manner. Second, at the same time as the assessment, I also deeply understand the various links involved in the work, and actively put forward reasonable assessment methods to make the assessment more perfect.
While doing management work, I deeply realized that in today's technologically advanced, as a member of the communications industry, the lack of understanding of technology means that the industry is illiterate, and there is no scientific basis for management. I did my job better. So, at the same time as the development of the development zone bureau last year, I actively responded to the call for organizing learning technology and applied for it to the computer room. Since I started working as a machine room, I have a good grasp of every process from scratch, and my hard work has benefited me in my later work. I am mainly responsible for the office data and technical support of the EWSD switch, and the daily maintenance of the Huawei CC08128 mode switch. In the work, as a professional technician, I have done my own work in a spirit of hard work, seriousness and responsibility, and strive to improve my technical level, actively check the operation of equipment, and ensure the stable operation of the switch. The biggest advantage of the German EWSD switch type is that the operation is stable and reliable, but at the same time there is a disadvantage that the OMT is not intuitive. Because it is an English platform, the operation is not flexible enough, which brings certain difficulties to the maintenance work. In response to this feature, in the daily maintenance work, I focused on the professional English, after the overall operation of the model, the board structure function has been well mastered, I made a systematic operation of the maintenance end operating platform Learning and gradually practicing, greatly improved my technical level, so that faults can be judged and coordinated in a short period of time. As a gateway, the importance is obvious. As a technical support staff of the Gateway Bureau, I have great responsibilities, no strong technology, and good quality. I am unable to do my job and do my job better. The most important thing for the gateway office is inter-network charging and interconnection. The EWSD15 version of the inter-network charging and online charging, as well as the perfect routing performance and network management control performance provide inter-network charging and interconnection of different networks. With effective protection, I have systematically studied and practiced the above aspects. So far, I have been skilled in completing the operation of Unicom CDMA133 and Mobile MSC2 Bureau and Telecom circuits, inter-network billing, interconnection and other ones. Series follow-up work. With the increasing work of the gateway bureau, I think my technical level will improve and the work will be better.
Second, the training and learning situation Today's science and technology innovation is changing with each passing day, I am deeply aware that today's knowledge is updated too fast. As a technician, if you don't make progress, it will fall behind. If you don't learn, you will be eliminated. In order to better accomplish your work, you must constantly study and strive to improve your technical level and ability to work. In the past three years, I have made a lot of efforts in my own study and new knowledge, and I have achieved some results.
In 2000, I participated in a two-week office automation technology training organized by the provincial company. At the same time, I participated in a five-day router technical training, mastered certain office automation software and network networking and network terminal maintenance knowledge. This made me work in the post office automation work and the work was carried out smoothly. In December of the same year, with the issuance and implementation of the Telecommunications Regulations, I was assigned by the company to participate in a 10-day telecommunications regulations training course organized by the Ministry of Information Industry to prepare for the popularization of the company's telecommunications regulations and systematically Learning, enhanced my knowledge of telecommunications regulations, and greatly helped my later work. In October last year, I participated in the two-month EWSD mid-level operation and maintenance training organized by BISC, which enabled me to have systematic and in-depth professional study and practice on EWSD. I have been studying hard in these two months. The program-controlled exchange has a comprehensive understanding, which enables me to be well qualified for later work and gradually work better.
In my spare time, I use technology to get more information faster and speed up the updating of knowledge. I mainly use two methods, one is to use computer to charge, and the other is to use book knowledge to speed up the possession of new knowledge.
Third, the existing problems and future efforts to review and examine their own problems, I think there are two main points "first, as a technical support staff, professional knowledge is not comprehensive enough, to be better learning, good for business services. Second I am still very young. The time to go to our company is still very short. There are still many aspects that are still lacking. I hope that everyone will criticize and correct.
What to do in the future, I think, we must not live up to the trust and expectations of everyone, we must work hard to achieve the following three points:
