A school year is coming to an end. In this school year, I feel that I have improved and improved my mind, work, study, and personal qualities. First, the school young pioneers work.
The Young Pioneers work is an important part of the school's moral education work. The Young Pioneers Department is an important department of the school. As a counselor of the Young Pioneers Brigade, I put a lot of time and energy into the work of the Young Pioneers, and achieved good results and results. 1. Cooperate with the school moral education department and vigorously do a good job in the cultivation of students' thinking behavior. Grasping the students' ideological and moral character and behavioral habits is the first of the school's moral education work. It is not only the top priority of school moral education, but also one of the most difficult and cumbersome tasks in school moral education. Consolidated into a school, the students of the three schools were all rural children born and raised. The quality of the students and the quality of the parents were relatively low. The family environment and the level of family education were also relatively backward. The environment of all aspects of the new school has changed a lot with the old schools. The school moral education work has become more complicated than before, and the difficulty of the students' thinking behavior education can be imagined. Therefore, from the beginning of the school year, I began to think about and cultivate how to develop the students’ thinking behavior in the new environment and the new situation. According to the work opinions of the school, in the first semester, I will learn from the old The school's experience and methods of managing students have preliminarily formulated plans and measures for students to develop behaviors, and established the Young Pioneers Team to vigorously grasp the education and management of students' daily behavioral norms. However, from the situation of the first semester, the effect is not very large, the students' various behaviors are still very irregular, and the school's school spirit and school are still not ideal. In response to such a situation, at the beginning of the second semester, based on the opinions of the school leaders, I formulated the "Civilization Class" appraisal plan for the West China National Primary School. By carrying out the evaluation of the "civilized class" and linking the results of the evaluation with the performance of the class teacher's work, the enthusiasm of the class teacher's work was well mobilized, and the class teachers were all superficial in terms of class management, and the effect of class management was greatly improved. The "Civilization Class" appraisal situation is announced every day, which also encourages students of each class to consciously supervise each other and consciously abide by the rules and regulations of the school. Through a semester of vigorous rectification, the school's school spirit and school capacity have changed a lot, and the students' various behaviors have also made great progress. The work of the Young Pioneers in this area has also been fully affirmed by the school leaders and colleagues. Our heartfelt praise.
2. Grasp the training work of the drum team and the flag team. A considerable part of the old drum team members are students of the sixth grade graduating class. The school drum team will carry out the transition training between the old and the new. At the beginning of the semester, I started the selection of the new drum team members in the third and fourth grade students, and started training during the semester. On the flag team, due to the requirements of the superiors in this semester, the number of flag-raising ceremonial flag teams and In terms of the norm, there have been great changes. According to this spirit, during the semester, I reorganized the school flag team, re-selected new flag players among the third and fourth grade students, and led the new flag players to the superiors. The request went to the experimental school, and the two flag team members of the original flag class of Tiananmen Square conducted strict and standardized training. After returning to school, because of the level of our school, there are many jobs in all aspects, and there is no time to use the training after school. Therefore, I can only use the morning reading class and the Saturday and Sunday time to carry out the consolidation training. During the training process, I strictly demand the flag team members, standardize the training, pay attention to the training quality, and after a period of strict and standardized training, the new flag team Both the mental outlook and the reverse of the action norms are much better than the previous flag team. School leaders and teachers have given the new flag team a high rating.
Second, the subject teaching work.
In terms of subject teaching, in addition to doing a good job in researching textbooks, preparing lessons, and improving the practice of students, such as exercises and homework, I also do the following work during the school year.
1. To improve students' interest in learning English as a breakthrough, and strive to improve the quality of teaching. In this school year, especially in the second semester, I pay special attention to motivating students to learn English enthusiasm and initiative in the classroom. They often carry out group competitions, give full weight to the group, and use teaching methods such as praise and encouragement to give full play to students’ self-conscious learning and initiative. The advantage of learning allows students to consciously participate in the whole process of classroom teaching, thereby optimizing classroom teaching and improving teaching quality.
2. To carry out the four-person group mutual assistance activities, to improve the rate of passing the class with a good point. In the classroom teaching, most of them are conducted in a group of four people, and each group usually has one or two eugenics. In this way, the middle and lower students in the group, With the tips and help of eugenics, it is generally more serious and conscious to participate in reading or discussion activities, so that these middle and lower students are also improved in participating in these learning activities.
3. Pay close attention to the implementation of classroom routines and the construction of class style. Before each class, I paid more attention to the training and examination of the students' classroom routines. If I didn't do the preparatory work according to my requirements, I would not be eager to start classes. I would rather not go to class. Regular implementation is good. Through the construction of the style of study, we will promote the quality of classroom teaching with a good style of study.
Through the above efforts, the fourth grade English that I have served has achieved satisfactory results in the final exam of the first semester, and the quality of teaching has reached the basic requirements of the school.
