After recommending by friends, I returned to Jingmen as the business manager of Baofu Technology Development Co., Ltd. According to the needs of the business, I have visited a number of companies and enterprises in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hainan and other coastal cities. After gradually becoming familiar with the local market, I began to try to start an independent business, initially explored the way of building materials, communication products, and struggled in the fierce market competition, and found a world of their own.

Society is a big stage, and life should find more ways to suit their own roles. I remember that I just came out of the government and used to be afraid of others. I used to be a civil servant and I didn’t dare to swim in the sea because I was stretched. Later, after learning to work and start a business, I gradually realized that "the face is not worth the money, and if things are done well, there will be a face." A person's life should be a process of constantly achieving self-worth and social value. The second is to experience the competition and accelerate the continuous updating of their knowledge and the continuous improvement of their individuality. Business competition is ruthless, and it requires high efficiency. In the information acquisition decision-making, execution of any link is slow, and the opportunities are fleeting. And these must be comprehensive knowledge and fast information. In order to do a good job in corporate management, I have earnestly studied economic law and financial management. In the continuous learning, the knowledge level has been broadened. From working outside to starting a business, from being previously hired to others to find a project, each stage has experienced various unexpected difficulties, and the memory is still new. In order to meet the needs of customers, I always deliver the goods with the car every night. In order not to have an accident on the road, I almost never sleep at night. That kind of taste makes me realize the true meaning of hard work, tempering and courage to bear difficulties. Take responsibility for the personality. In different working environments, I have come to understand all aspects of the business community. Different working environments have improved my approach to people and things. These have laid a solid platform for me to build a career in the civil service.
The third is to temper the self and improve their ability to survive and compete. In the fierce market competition, my judgment on the market and the ability to make decisions on matters have been greatly improved. From sloppy decision to rigorous thinking; from one thing to the level of inquiry to their own independent thinking and decision-making; to rely on others to their own coordination side to complete a project independently. After all stages of study and exercise, I feel that I have undergone a profound transformation in dealing with people. The fourth is to make a group of friends and expand the space for life development.
