Annual college teacher report

I have been working in the Sixth Series for three and a half years. The basic idea of ​​my work in the Sixth Series is:
Cultivate the team, accelerate maturity, and strive for survival through unity;
Facing practice, dare to explore and develop with characteristics.
Today, I mainly report to the comrades about the work in 2003.
First, anti-SARC work This is the main work in the first half of this year. Do 7 things:
1. According to the overall arrangement of the college, combined with the actual situation of the department, a detailed work plan has been formulated;
2. Prepared a one-day work plan for the head teacher during the SARS period and standardized the work content;
3. Organized and carried out a variety of faculty and students and students' cultural and sports activities;
4, pay close attention to the health of the dormitory, ranking the first in the school for 6 consecutive weeks, completely changing the health appearance of the six-story dormitory;
5. Actively contact parents and school leavers, and write a “letter to the students and their parents” to organize a “one book to report peace” activities;
6. Developed targeted measures to severely rectify the teaching order;
7. Cooperate with the school to be on duty at the intersection for 2 months.
Second, the daily teaching and teaching routine work of teaching work has been specifically responsible by Comrade Xie Jianguo, I rarely worry about it. Mainly done three things:
In January and April, the ten principles for the adjustment of the teaching plan of our department were determined;
2. In September, a new professional education was organized;
In March and November, the key professional construction plan of our department was formulated. The basic ideas of key professional construction are: taking market needs as the guide, taking students' employment as the center, optimizing and upgrading the existing teachers' stocks, building features as a breakthrough, teaching quality as the foundation, highlighting vocational skills, training with Strongly innovative spirit and characteristics of the times, with strong practical ability and employment survivability, the application of high-level financial management talents.
III. Scientific research After two years of hard work, the scientific research awareness of all teachers has been greatly improved.
1. The two research projects funded by the college in 2002 were basically completed;
2. In 2003, the whole department newly applied for the establishment of 1 school-level project; 5 items for teaching reform; 1 project for provincial appraisal; 1 project for national level; and 1 project for provincial project;
3. In 2003, the whole department published a total of 4 books, 15 people participated in the compilation, and published 16 papers.
4. Students work as students, adhere to the guiding ideology of “taking learning as the center, management as the means, taking the activity as the carrier, and taking the talent as the goal”, giving full play to the four functions of “education, management, guidance and service”. The theme of student work is: “health” and “order”. The theme of student work in the second half of the year is “learning style” and “normative”. In the second half of the year, there are mainly five things:
1, welcome new students. This year's six series of record-breaking military training, domestic and dual-advanced; held a welcome party;
2. The student union was re-elected, the first student union was established, two student party branches were established; student cadre training was carried out, and the construction of student cadres was strengthened;
3. Combat the "three insects and four evils" and strictly rectify the style of study;
4. Enrich the content of the first class through effective second class activities, and organize a study exchange meeting and a provincial excellent student report meeting;
5. Strengthen the team building of the class teacher, organize the training of the class teacher, and write the work manual of the class teacher.
V. Party Construction and Ideological and Political Work Over the past year, the General Party Branch has focused on uniting people and coordinating people, and has played a "three roles" as its goal. It has mainly done three aspects:
1. Ideological construction: Putting ideological work into daily teaching, scientific research and student management, striving for formalism, pursuing practical results, and playing a better role as a vanguard and exemplary role of party members;
2. Organizational construction: In September, the party general branch held a general election; 37 members of the party were developed throughout the year; 125 activists were trained; the team was built and the reserve cadres were actively trained.
3. Work style construction: According to the performance of the SARS period, two student party members were dealt with, and this was used as an opportunity to carry out party-style party style education with obvious effects.
Sixth, the existing problems
1. The laboratory construction is seriously lagging behind;
2, the direction of scientific research is not clear, lack of backbone strength; funds are in poor position;
3. The professional construction idea has not yet reached a consensus, and there is a phenomenon of aliasing;
4. There is a serious shortage of full-time cadres for student work;
5, busy with specific matters, in-depth teaching in the first line is not enough, not enough care for teachers;
6. Teaching research is not tight enough, and there is a clear distance compared with professional construction goals;
