The index has come, I have been fighting for 10 years in the Family Planning Bureau. Looking back on the course of these 10 years, I have a lot of thoughts and feelings. In general, I have not lived up to the high expectations of the county party committee and the county government, and have not forgotten the vocation of a Communist Party member and a leading cadre. Under the direct efforts of me and all the planners, the population of our county has entered a low fertility level, which has reduced the pressure of unpredictable social development. The concept of fertility of the people of childbearing age has undergone tremendous changes. In 10 years, there are 8 counties in our county. In the year, it was rated as an advanced unit of the city's family planning work. I clearly know that planning for childbirth is a long-term, complicated and arduous task. Therefore, in the face of every honor, I have taken a new starting point to ensure that the family planning work is developed and improved year after year. Since 2003, under the correct leadership of the county party committee and the county government, and with the strong support of all the cadres and workers of the bureau, I have persisted in making great efforts and doing a good job, and have successfully completed the population and project reproductive responsibility targets. And achieved satisfactory results in the city's year-end assessment. In the past year, I have mainly done four things:
First, grasp the overall situation, be a good staff, and ensure the healthy development of family planning work. I think that the County Family Planning Bureau is the planning and reproductive function department of the county party committee and the county government. It is my duty to be a good candidate and a good idea. Over the past year, I have stood at the overall perspective, calmly and objectively analyzed the situation, carefully and carefully planned measures, and timely proposed rationalization proposals to the county party committee and county government. Most of the recommendations were adopted by the leaders and played a positive role in promoting the county's family planning work. . In response to the problem of declining fertility funding for the project, I actively recommend to the county party committee and the county government to implement the "three guarantees"; after the change of the township party and government leaders, the minority township party and government leaders do not attach importance to the project, and I recommend the county party committee and county. The government timely convened a plan birth scheduling meeting attended by the “top leaders” to give pressure to the grassroots leaders, hand in tasks, and timely revising the rewards and punishments for family planning work. I have repeatedly pointed out that the individual departments have insufficient support for family planning work. It is recommended that the county leaders hold a coordination meeting and adopt various forms to urge all departments to put in place the responsibility for comprehensive management. The above recommendations have received the desired results after implementation. While being a good staff member, I also pay great attention to strengthening the guidance and inspection of the grassroots family planning department. What kind of work should be carried out within one year, what measures should be taken, what problems should be paid attention to, and on the basis of the strategizing, we should tirelessly guide the grassroots. And then with the effective inspection and supervision, thus ensuring the healthy development of all work.
Second, strict standards, determined to innovate, striving for first-class work performance. The family planning work is highly policy-oriented and business-oriented, so it is not allowed to be sloppy and sloppy. Over the years, I have firmly established the guiding ideology of seeking truth and seeking results, and always adhere to high standards and strict requirements everywhere. For example, during the statistical annual report, I have repeatedly stressed at the meeting that we must establish the idea of ​​“100-1=0” and never allow a report to be reported or missed. After the city's year-end inspection and acceptance of four investigation points in our county, the county's birth statistics rate reached 100% this year. It is also my consistent work style in these years to persist in pioneering and innovating, and to continue to open up new paths for family planning work. Since the beginning of this year, there have been three main aspects of our county in the forefront of the city. The first is to further deepen the contractual management of the birth of the family. At the beginning of the year, I instructed the townships and towns to pay close attention to the adjustment and standardization of the terms of the contract, and resolutely urged both parties to fulfill their rights and obligations. The effect received was very obvious. The contract management not only greatly promoted the family planning work, but also improved the social impact of Dongguang. This year, more than 20 counties and cities in and outside the province came to visit our county. The China Population News was prominently located in our county. This practice has been thoroughly reported, and contract management has become a family planning experience that is well-known throughout the country. Second, the planning of birth informationization is becoming more mature. Since 2000, I have been actively pursuing computerized management in the county's family planning system with the vision of development, constantly researching, developing and utilizing the functions of microcomputers, and applying them in specific work in time, so that information construction can guide grassroots work. And played an important role in leading decision-making services. In order to achieve office automation, this year we also established a county and township e-mail reporting system, equipped with computer for each department of the bureau, established a network information platform, and took an important step towards the realization of office paperless. Third, new progress has been made in informed choice. This year, based on the successful experience of informed choice of the autonomous village last year, we comprehensively relaxed the scope and conditions of informed choice, and implemented human-based units in all villages in the county. Due to the sound system and proper methods, a total of 435 couples with informed choices were selected in the county. Not only did one case have exogenous exogenous, but the remedial surgery was reduced by 67 cases compared with last year, which was highly praised by the city.
Third, pay attention to unity, do a good job of coordination, and strengthen the joint efforts of family planning work. I have always believed that strengthening unity and coordination with relevant personnel and relevant departments is an important condition for doing a good job in family planning. In order to do a good job of unity with the members of the team, I have earnestly implemented democratic centralism, persisted in rumors, accepted opinions from different viewpoints humbly, did not arbitrarily act, and did not use it for myself. Every member of the team was treated equally, so that they had certain responsibilities. There are corresponding powers, responsibility and unity, thus maximizing the enthusiasm of the team members, and there has never been a phenomenon of vying for power and gaining power. In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the towns and villages, I attach great importance to coordination with the leaders. Listen to their voices at any time, and timely refine and improve the work initiatives in the county, and solve problems for them, so that the township family planning committee and the county family planning bureau form an intimate whole. In order to do a good job in the relationship between the county's direct brother departments, I insisted on seeking common ground for small differences. I usually have more connections with relevant leaders, more coordination, and more consultations, and received good results. For example, the Public Security Bureau, the Civil Affairs Bureau, the Industry and Commerce Bureau and other departments have played a functional role, and implemented a joint management and comprehensive management of the family planning work, so that the "one card first, no certificate or no" floating population management system is implemented. In this year's city plan, the year-end assessment and acceptance of the program has achieved a good score of four, the internal strength, the image of the external tree, to create a stable project birth work "base camp." Over the past year, I have paid great attention to the overall effectiveness of the County Family Planning Bureau and focused on shaping the image of diligent, honest, efficient, and pragmatic institutions. On the one hand, I have political concern for the cadres and workers of the government, love in life, support in work, strict discipline, and resolutely resist and overcome various unhealthy trends. On the other hand, I insist on being strict with self-discipline, taking the lead in setting a good example, and being politically clear, active in learning, and creative in work. As a member of the Communist Party, I consciously quit smoking and refusal, and strive to cultivate practical and realistic work styles. I never engage in flowers and make surface articles. In this special period of fighting against SARS, I led the overall workforce to focus on the overall situation of work, and carry forward the family planning spirit of “especially fighting, especially hardship, and special dedication”, working overtime, day and night, and taking advantage of the information network of the family planning system. Timely, accurate and comprehensive reporting of epidemic situation information to the state and the province, and the provincial and municipal family planning committee's general report, I was fortunate to be rated as an advanced individual in the national family planning system to fight against SARS. As a leading cadre, I have always adhered to the principle of being honest and honest, insisting on self-insurgency, self-motivation, and self-promotion. At the same time, I also actively grasped the construction of the government's clean government responsibility system, formulated special archives, studied a number of preventive measures, and personally convened a clean government construction conference. Driven by me and the members of the team, the vast majority of cadres and workers are disciplined, conscientious, honest, and enthusiastic. In order to control population growth, we have made important contributions to the close relationship between the party and the masses.

The above is a preliminary summary of my own thoughts and work over the past year. If there is a little achievement, it should be mainly attributed to the correct leadership of the county party committee and the county government, thanks to the strong support of the county's plan for the birth of cadres and workers. Due to their limited level and limited ability, there are still some unsatisfactory places in the work. In the future, I must carry forward the achievements, overcome the deficiencies, increase the pressure, work hard, and be determined to innovate.
