In May 2002, he participated in the National Adult College Entrance Examination and admitted to the Department of Science and Computer Science of Yangzhou University in Jiangsu Province. First, the day of teaching as a research-based teacher is the time to re-learn. The new era requires teachers to have more than just operational skills, but also have the ability to face new situations, analyze new problems, and resolve new contradictions. Under the guidance of the school leaders, I actively participated in the teaching and research of the school, and was hired as a teaching staff by the school to assist the teaching department to carry out teaching and research work. Under the guidance of Teacher Zhu Yuxi, I successfully applied for the municipal-level project "Research on the Design Pattern of Comprehensive Practice Activities", and I wrote the "Tonglai Center National Small and Medium Comprehensive Practice Activity Curriculum Program", and my activity plan "Running to the Second 00 Eight is also selected for Suzhou. Second, to be a caring teacher who loves students, you must be good at entering the emotional world of students. You must treat students as friends and feel their emotions. I often start from a small place, seek the best educational opportunity from the things that students care about, and give students a spring-like bathing education. Third, to be a new teacher of ideas At present, a new round of basic education reform has been fully promoted in Zhangjiagang City. On the basis of earnestly studying the new curriculum concept, and actively exploring effective teaching methods based on the subjects taught by them. In math class, I combine mathematics knowledge with students' life, create a life-like learning situation for students, and pay attention to students' exploration and discovery, and guide students to learn to cooperate and exchange and improve their learning ability. In the information technology class, I changed the traditional teaching methods of teacher demonstrations and student imitations, and carried out inquiry-based learning among students, so that students' knowledge sources are not only teachers, but also from the understanding of books and companions. The communication encourages students to learn to learn while studying. While practicing, I don't forget to reflect on my teaching behavior at all times. 4. Be a teacher in the information age At present, information technology, represented by computers and the Internet, is changing the way people live and learn at an alarming rate. The high development of the information society requires that education must be reformed to meet the requirements of cultivating innovative talents for the information society. Therefore, our teachers can no longer be satisfied with teaching with chalk, but with computers and networks as new teaching tools. Further extend our classroom! In the integration of information technology and disciplines, I made the following explorations in theory. In my usual work, I can get along with my colleagues, talk about style in small things, and talk about principles in big things. "Three people must have my teacher", actively learn from each teacher and strive to form their own teaching style. Also use their own technical advantages to help colleagues produce multimedia courseware, absorb their good teaching ideas in the production process, and strive to achieve the perfect combination of technology and ideas.
