First, enhance the awareness of two senses of responsibility - in their position, seek their own politics. Since the school has made me responsible for the work of education and scientific research, I will take the responsibility of carrying out good education and scientific research. I will put this work on the above and strive to achieve "two mornings and one fineness", that is, thinking as early as possible, scheduling sooner or later, meticulously Implementation. According to the school's past successful experience in education and research, I completed the recent planning of school education and research in October last year, and carried out more detailed thinking on the school's education and research work in recent years. First, continue to carry out the existing project, prepare the "Study for Potential Development of Primary School Students" to apply for the Provincial Achievement Award, and prepare the data completion work for the "Diversified Evaluation Research Project for Promoting Student Development in the New Curriculum"; The actual departure, thinking about screening new topics, the school curriculum reform is divided into several small topics to study, in order to comprehensively promote the reform of classroom teaching.
The attitude consciousness - although the middle-level cadre is a "sesame official" who does not enter the product, he is also highly concerned by the teachers. Our words and deeds sometimes have a negative or positive impact on them. I ask myself to work hard to be a model of hard work, to be a model of passion for learning, and to be a model for research and exploration. To be a model of hard work, it is to do early and late return, work hard, not only do a good job in education and scientific research, but also do a good job in teaching and work, the other departments of the school need to cooperate, I never shirk. To be a good example of learning, is to learn new educational ideas, to study theoretical articles on education and scientific research, and to learn modern educational techniques, both to improve their personal qualities and to play a leading role in teachers.
Second, improve the three capabilities
1. Improving the ability of learning Modern society has already entered the information age. New ideas, new knowledge, new technologies, and new methods are emerging one after another. If we are always bound to the past experience and do not need new knowledge to enrich ourselves, we cannot keep up with the times. If you enter, you can't creatively carry out your own responsible work. According to the needs of the work, I insisted on self-study "Modularization of Creative Education", "Chinese Small Teaching Research and Research", from which I obtained some professional knowledge of education and scientific research; also learned "Strategy of Diversified Wisdom Teaching and Learning", The book "Karl Witt's Diary", "American China's Small Teaching Skills 2000", "Revolution of Learning" and other books, has mastered the latest theory of potential development.
2, improve the ability of research because it is specifically responsible for the school's education and research, if you do not have strong research capabilities, it is difficult to carry out this work. Therefore, in order to enhance the awareness of research, I have included my own educational and teaching behaviors into the scope of research; in order to master the research methods, I not only pay attention to the study of book knowledge, but also pay attention to experts in education and scientific research, to the school and shoot. Ask the insiders of the Hong education community. The Yin teachers of the Municipal Institute of Education, the leaders of the county teaching department, and the school principal of the school gave me many useful guidance.
3. Improving the ability of management The middle-level cadres are the implementers of the school's policies and systems. Therefore, it is very important to improve their management level. In the management, I pursue the guiding ideology of "management is to serve people, management is to help people." In the management, the so-called leadership image is diluted, the image of participation is strengthened, and the contradiction between management and management is unified into mutual understanding, mutual support and common progress.
Third, harmonious three types of relations
1. Implementing collective decisions to be a member of the school management team must maintain the authority of collective leadership and resolutely implement the decision to unify research. Some opinions are in our favor. Some opinions are disagree. We may have different perspectives. Perhaps we do not stand at the height of the overall situation. However, we insist that individuals obey the principle of collectiveness and do not spread arguments against teachers that are not conducive to solidarity. So as not to be passive to school work.
2. Cooperate with departmental work. Active middle-level cadres have their own key tasks. However, this division of labor is relative. More often, they need to cooperate and support each other. Although I am specifically responsible for education and research, the work of the principal's office, the teaching office, and the moral education office is always actively involved, and they are all done as internal matters.
3, unite teachers to be sincere teachers to complete their teaching tasks will take a lot of effort, but also to squeeze out the time industry to engage in education and research, has increased their workload. Therefore, when I need teachers to work together, I try to avoid arranging tasks in a blunt, imperative tone. Instead, I will explain the requirements to the teachers and strive for their support so that they can participate happily in their work. In short, the words are right, the air is smooth, the mood is happy, and the work efficiency is also high.
This nearly half-year work has also given me a deep feeling, that is, "bitterness." As a middle-level cadre of the school, it is necessary to bring a class, but also to do their own work, but also to assist in other school work. Sometimes I feel tired and even feel powerless. In the long run, it hurts the body and affects the work of the school. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust your mentality and invest in the work with a more positive mentality. My approach is to "make a different angle to think, to change the attitude to face."
