Highway Bureau Director's report
Xx City People's Congress Standing Committee:
Since February 1993, I have been the director of the xx city branch office and the secretary of the party branch. In the past few years, I have been loyal to the party's cause, strict with self-discipline, and strictly managed and successfully completed the tasks assigned by the higher authorities, so that the two civilizations of the unit have achieved fruitful results. It was rated as "Good Road Bureau" by the provincial and municipal governments every year; in 1993 and 1995, it was awarded the title of "civilized unit" by Shengshi City and County for two consecutive years; the Party Branch of the Bureau was rated as "advanced party branch" or "year" by the xx Municipal Committee. The Red Flag Party Branch; this year was named "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization" by the xx Municipal Party Committee.
I myself, as an "excellent party member" by the municipal party committee every year, I was awarded the "advanced worker" by the municipal government every year. I was awarded the title of "model demobilized cadre" by the xx municipal party committee and the municipal government.
I will now report on my duties as a specific report:
I. Performing duties according to law Our bureau is the functional department in charge of the xx city and the dispatching of highway maintenance production and road maintenance fees. The current control line is 12 ports of 218.8 kilometers, plus this year, starting on May 1 this year. The xx troops camped in the area of 15 kilometers "military and civilian construction of civilized roads", a total of 233,8 kilometers. 15 road maintenance classes. There are 208 incumbents and 304 retired people. In the face of such a department with long lines, many points, scattered personnel, high labor intensity, many retirees and heavy economic burdens, I am working in this way.
Strengthen road maintenance, provide quality services to the society with excellent road conditions as the competent department of highways, the carrier of service is highway, the object of service is the owner of the vehicle, and the evaluation standard of service quality is a good road rate. In order to complete the task indicator of 80% of the year-end good road rate and 78% of the annual average good road rate issued by the xx city highway bureau, the measures I have taken are:
1. Grasp the key points and comprehensively maintain.
2. Fight natural disasters and actively repair roads.
3. Grasp the construction of a civilized model road and the traffic image of the city of xx.
Dedicated to the road construction project Due to the country's economic regulation policy for several years, the bureau could not lend to the bank. In 1992, it was difficult to repay the bank's 10 million yuan principal and interest. Therefore, all of the four major highway projects currently being launched are investment projects of the xx city highway bureau. The responsibility of our xx bureau is to carry out construction management on behalf of the construction unit, coordinate the relationship between the local government and the construction team, and do a good job in land acquisition and demolition.
Strengthen the work of collecting and ruling, and eliminate the phenomenon of "three chaos" on the road.
Care about the lives of employees and work hard to solve the housing problems of employees.
Adhere to the principle of two-handed hard work, and build two civilizations.
II. Integrity and self-discipline In the past few years, I have been able to consciously abide by the regulations of the central and party committees on the integrity and self-discipline of leading cadres. In particular, after the promulgation of the "Code of Integrity of Party and Government Leaders in Guangdong Province", I asked myself to:
1. Self-discipline according to the code. I will never do what the higher authorities stipulate that I am not allowed to do it. I am striving to achieve it by the superiors, not violating the rules, not violating the rules, not breaking the law, and being the first leader of the competent position.
2. Use system self-discipline. I strictly act in accordance with the integrity measures formulated by this Council. On the personnel issue, all major issues such as recruitment, hiring, promotion, reward and punishment, and housing construction projects of cadres and employees have been discussed and decided by the branch committee. They do not engage in "one-word hall" and do not set up "hills" and strive to do things in a fair manner. On the economic issue, all expenses beyond 10,000 yuan outside the plan are subject to discussion at the office of the director.
3. Self-discipline with "Director". The head of the first game should be the example of the cadres and workers of this bureau, and the "leading geese" of the two civilizations.
