We have done a good job in all aspects of the work, and have made certain contributions to the goal of our county to achieve the goal of “big new three years, new level, and double again”. First, the construction of county and township roads has been vigorously promoted. Road construction has always been a weak link in Ningxiang. In order to coordinate with townships, departments and owners, I often ran up and down and did a lot of effective work. This year, the county's highway construction has completed an investment of 95 million yuan, and a total of 21 roads and 3 bridges have been started. The projects that have been completed are Zongzhun, Dongshang and other “five roads and three bridges”. The projects that have been started and under construction include Huang Zuyu and S311. Waiting for "16 roads", the county roads of 134 kilometers in the county at the end of the year are expected to fully cure the cement pavement. Second, the infrastructure such as power communication has been further improved. The power sector has invested more than 10 million yuan this year. The new line has been paved to Shuangjiangkou and Nantianping to Huaminglou, completing the renovation project of the Yellow Power Plant. The 1-2 phase of the rural network has been basically completed. The transformation of the network has been fully launched; the investment in telecom line transformation has completed more than 30 million yuan, and the broadband network connection rate has reached 99%; mobile companies and China Unicom have launched various measures to serve the market, and the business volume has grown rapidly, which has laid a solid foundation for the accelerated development of the industrial economy. Third, the scale of enterprise development is strong. After the efforts of leaders at all levels, the county industrial leadership team worked together to achieve the next year, the industrial enterprises with an output value of over 100 million yuan in the county are expected to break through 20, such as Chutian Technology, Wenshi, Jiweixin, Hengli Shoes, Hong Kong Gaga , Shengdexi, Zhaoshan Cement, etc., some of which will be close to 500 million yuan. The restructuring of the saponin factory and the sewing machine parts factory has successfully relocated more than 250 public housing households and replaced more than 500 employees. Fifth, safety production is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. On the basis of last year's safety production as one of the three advanced units in the city, this year, we continued to take various measures to create a “safe and peaceful township” and vigorously carried out special rectification actions for high-risk industries such as coal mines, non-coal mines, fireworks and firecrackers. The various systems for safe production have been improved, and the incidence of various types of safety production accidents has dropped significantly.
