Hello everyone! I worked as an assistant to the Chief of the Finance Department from XXX to XXX in XXX, in charge of information technology. I. Political and Ideological Learning During my tenure, I actively moved closer to the party organizations, seriously participated in various political studies organized by the company, and submitted ideological reports to the party organizations on many occasions. In addition to my work, I actively participated in various social activities and participated in the online political study of the “CCP Online” and became a senior student of the “Online Party School”. In the usual work, study, and life, guided by the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the important thinking of the "Three Represents", the company is closely aligned with the company's party committees, and always demands itself as a member of the Communist Party.
Information technology is a very technical job, and the development of computers is changing with each passing day. In order to fully do my job well, in addition to actively participating in various technical trainings organized by the provincial companies, I also participated in various online technical training at my own expense, subscribed to a number of computer newspapers and periodicals, and improved my business quality to better adapt. The future work has laid a solid foundation. In addition to strengthening self-learning, it also encourages and organizes other comrades in the department to conduct business learning. During his tenure, two comrades in the department also passed the college entrance examination and are now pursuing a computer undergraduate degree.
II. Completion of work and task The information technology work requires timely, accurate and reliable service. In order to cooperate with the successful completion of the company's reform, all staff of the information technology department and I strictly implement the company's work requirements, closely surrounding the overall work ideas determined by the company's party committee at the beginning of the year. 1. For the diversification of insurance business models, the software business model is difficult to unify. In the past, there was no unified standardization of documents, terms, codes, data elements, etc. In order to achieve integration with modern international finance, we are in the provincial company information technology department. Under the guidance of the standardization work. The content involved includes nearly 70 aspects of the company's organization, personnel, assets, business insurance, insurance, business terms, customer resources, etc., reaching more than 1,000 types, nearly 10,000 pieces of data information. And all of them are entered into the computer as required, which provides a strong guarantee for the long-term, sustainable and healthy development of our company.
2. Technology is people-oriented. In order to better transform advanced science and technology into productivity, it has become the locomotive that drives the company's development. In this year, we have directly organized and implemented various types of information technology training for a total of 166 person-times, participated in the implementation of various management and business training, nearly 10 times, more than 200 people, and opened a video on demand system, relying on computer broadband network Implement remote interactive training with a total of 504 clicks. Strongly guaranteed the smooth implementation of the company's various reforms.
3. The update of our company's information technology software is the most frequent year since the establishment of our company. More than 30 times of various systems and software applications have been updated. It involves all aspects of management and business, such as: accounting software, payment software, statistical system, personnel management, labor management, party management, new generation comprehensive property insurance, cargo ship insurance, 95518 private call center, fixed loss system, etc. . And promoted a new generation of car insurance system, COGNS decision analysis system. In the process of installing and upgrading these softwares, in order to prevent the normal operation of the business as much as possible, I and other information technology personnel voluntarily gave up the holidays and often worked overtime until the early hours of the morning. In the past year alone, all information and technology personnel have worked over 200 people overtime, and the province has successfully completed the installation of a new generation of auto insurance system software platform, the upgrade of the new 95518 dedicated call center platform and the new comprehensive property insurance system, and worked for the company. The successful development of the company has laid a solid foundation. While promoting the application of various software issued by the provincial and provincial companies, we also actively organized and independently developed a number of computer software programs, such as: car loan insurance management system, 95518 Policy inquiry platform, arrears inquiry platform, computer equipment management software. The development and application of these softwares have effectively solved various problems encountered in the daily work of the company.
4. Our company successfully implemented the upgrade of the three-level network, and the first company achieved full network and full broadband in the province. Let all the management and business data of our company run on the information highway. After the network upgrade and transformation, the processing speed of the same business of our company has been increased by more than 32 times, and the real-time anti-video transmission of data is realized by relying on the network. In order to make full use of network resources, we have exerted the subjective initiative of science and technology personnel and tapped the potential of the network. Such as: relying on broadband resources to enrich the company's website content. Through the opening of corporate forums, video on demand, corporate information release and other functions on the website, it has attracted a large number of employees to browse and enrich the learning life of employees. Make it the company's corporate culture center and information exchange platform, and become the link that unites the employees' heart. In the past, due to the slow network speed, in order not to affect the normal billing business, Yangxin and Daye’s claims cannot be transferred to the branch office. After the opening of the broadband, we prepared to transfer the claims of Yangxin and Daye to the branch and then transfer them to the branch business center through the broadband network to realize the real online compensation. It can be said that through the upgrade of the network, we not only improve the speed and quality of the business, but also make it an important center platform for building corporate culture and publishing corporate information.
