In the classroom, I always use my own humor and humor and accurate and vivid language to keep students eager to learn. The homework has been completely changed in batches, and the problems of job feedback are resolved in a timely manner. There is no sloppy. Students like to ask me to teach their math. The teaching effect is also very good. Take the third class of the 2001 session, there are 23 exemptions to enter the provincial key middle school - XXX mathematics experiment class. The entrance examination rate of the XXX exam is as high as 94%. Recently, the scores of the three classes taught by the high school in 2002 were also better than the parallel classes.
My personal problem-solving ability also won the trust of the students. The questions raised by the students are generally solved on the spot. Every time after work, the students are asked to leave without asking questions. They never leave a problem for the students. In this regard, It can be said that the students are convinced.
Mathematical competition counseling. For 16 years, I have been the head of the mathematics preparation class for the grade. The mathematics competition counseling is mainly handled by me alone. From the "Hua Cup" in the first day to the national middle school mathematics competition in the third and fourth months of the year, every competition group selection, materials and handout preparation, and counseling classes, I have to work for more than two years in each session, sometimes I have to Reinforce competition coaching in other grades. Each time the competition is awarded to the provincial third prize of XXX City, the team that I organize will have to take at least one and a half to win a lot of honor for the school. Of course, sometimes it is conscious to let individual students who are difficult to manage, and who are not enterprising, work through the practice of class cadres, regulate their behavior, stimulate interest, and ultimately transform into excellent students. Such as: Wang Yiwu and a group of outstanding cadres.
3, unite the teacher, form a strong work team, is also the key to the success of the class teacher. I am always in communication with the class teacher, listen to feedback from other teachers, and analyze and quickly solve problems in the problem. I often organize class teachers to hold meetings, implement tasks to people, divide them into "people", and give full play to the role of the team, greatly improving work efficiency.
4, take advantage of my psychological analysis, be a good student psychologist. It is not difficult to manage a class, it is not difficult for students to respect discipline, but it is a big problem to solve various psychological barriers of students. In the work of the class teacher, I infiltrated the method of psychological counseling. In individual conversations, the seven-step method of psychological counseling was used: communication, listening, analysis, diagnosis, goal, guidance, and effect; in the work after transformation To help students analyze behaviors caused by psychological problems, to enable students to overcome narrow, extreme, pessimistic psychological barriers, to cultivate optimistic, open-minded, up-to-date health psychology, to actively face life and improve themselves. For example, Zhong Xuelan, a classmate of our class, was rude because of her parents’ education method, and she encountered some temporary difficulties in her studies. She was depressed and thought pessimistic. She once left home and had a suicidal thought. I observed that after understanding the situation, she was able to correctly understand herself through the "seven-step" method--a good student with literary talents, and also realized the deep fatherly love, maternal love, and finally became a respect. Especially in the mathematics competition, our class is the main force of the school.
Mastery of Network and Multimedia Technology With the development of multimedia and network technologies, the traditional education method is undergoing fundamental and profound changes. In the concept of "excellent teachers", the degree of computer network and multimedia technology has become one of the important standards. And in this regard, I am ahead.
1. Since 1998, most of the school's open classes and coursewares have been made by me. There are more than 40 coursewares in total, and I don't include the courseware that I have under the guidance. This website is designed to serve students with test, answering questions, simultaneous training, mathematics learning methods, math resources library, news and other columns.
