After working at the Dongli Science and Technology Commission, I did a lot of research work without hesitation. We have reformed the use of the three projects of Dongli District Science and Technology, adjusted the focus of the Toray Science and Technology Commission project, and planned to implement the district-level major science and technology project plan and scientific and technological achievements appraisal plan in 2004, and plan to build in 2004.
