This year, under the direct leadership of the director of the center, I conducted explorations on the safety, business, engineering construction, team management, and other responsible departments and units in charge of the work, and took some new developments, mainly doing such work. :
1. Grasp the task of communication construction. The third living area communication construction project was listed as the first project of the center's annual target task, which is the image project of the center. Due to the influence of the external environment, the construction of the three districts was also obstructed. Therefore, whether the three-zone communication project can be built on time It has become one of the key projects in the construction of the entire three districts. At the beginning of the year, I organized a three-zone construction project team, clarified the responsibility for technical, engineering management, construction and other projects, and discharged various step-by-step plans. I regularly went to the site to understand the actual progress of the construction of the three districts, and timely adjusted the sub-items. Implementation progress. I am directly responsible for some key tasks, such as: fiber optic cable crossing work, through the city government to go through the formalities, avoiding external obstruction. In the construction project of the three districts, I changed the practice of centralized manpower assault construction in the center's consistent project, organized a small number of personnel to carry out the construction, and took good results with high construction quality and high work efficiency. In addition, this year also organized a road reconstruction and wood chip terminal pipeline construction project.
2. Breakthrough progress in the development of the external market. The out-of-office communication project is a business that we have been doing for many years without being able to truly go to society. In the second half of this year, we pulled out half of the line staff and went to the vertical flag and Chen Yu to carry out the reconstruction of the telecom rural telephone line. In the work of engineering organization, I first pay attention to the cultivation of the work style of the workforce, establish a good sense of civilized construction, quality, and so on. Second, pay attention to the quality of the project. Even if it is a small link, it will never be done. Do a good job in self-inspection of the project, earnestly do a good job in the rectification of the project acceptance problem, meet the size requirements of Party A, and the second project is rated as a good project, which is very difficult. The third is to participate in the construction of the project site, master the law of engineering organization, and understand the ideology of employees. In addition, in the computer system integration project, several projects were made at Huajie School.
3. Grasp the safety work focus and ensure that there is no accident throughout the year. Through the implementation of various safety activities carried out by the Bureau, the safety awareness of employees has been promoted; through monthly and special safety inspections, some safety hazards and violations have been eliminated; and the implementation of the full-scale measures has been ensured through the on-site command and supervision of important work. In the past year, although construction projects and other conditions have increased compared with previous years, the danger has increased, and safe production has been well guaranteed.
4. Focus on the study of business and management knowledge and continuously improve their own quality. Participated in the graduate school of Peking University and strengthened the technical knowledge required for the work. For the design of the three-zone communication project, I learned the relevant communication technology knowledge and ensured the accuracy of the decision in the three districts.
5. The above is a few pieces of work that I think is more effective in the year of ***. The work I have in charge is due to my lack of efforts and little success. If there is no major innovation in the construction of the class, there are still large gaps in certain projects in the service work, and the internal economic responsibility system is not enough for the team. Wait.
6. In the new year, I will conduct research in these aspects, work with the competent departments and responsible units, and carry out some management features in the work of class construction in combination with the characteristics of the work of the team; in the service work, Through strengthening management procedures, improve service awareness, strengthen supervision and inspection, and solve problems with many service projects. In the implementation of the internal economic responsibility system, conduct investigations and studies, and explore forms of accountability such as project contracting and business indicators.
7. In the new year, I will obey the direct leadership of the director, unite with other center leaders and middle managers, and make new efforts for the development of the center.
