Fortunately, we are very close to the classroom, plus I am more able to adapt, and can effectively play the role of students, so everything can be completed faster and more smoothly. In the past semester, I can say that I have not added any trouble to the Academic Affairs Office, the Moral Education Department and the General Affairs Office. The mid-term examinations of our six subjects can be said to be completed quietly. Our students have hardly ever been to the moral education department. We also saw that the general affairs department is not enough manpower to take the initiative to solve the library transfer books and chemical biological storage rooms. The health problems in the laboratory are to clean the snow and ice on the ground for children to walk without wrestling.
Second, the income generated a total of 200,000 students in this semester, in addition to the 60,000 yuan to the head office, the remaining 140,000 have entered the school account. Among the 500 yuan agency fees charged to each student, 475 yuan is the book fee and clothing fee, helping the moral education department to complete the youth report 26 yuan, other school activities in a small amount, a total of 516 yuan, we plan to use The 500 yuan collected during the semester is used as a balance adjustment. For the first semester, students did not have questions about the fees. I can say that in the economy, there is no confusion to use the school for a penny. After the Chinese New Year, we immediately have another income of 140,000, which I am happy with.
At the same time, I believe that it is also a kind of saving to manage these students so that they can protect the property of the school. Therefore, we have mastered the class management, equipped with power savers and water-saving staff, broken desks and desks for our teachers and students. They are all better protected, and there is no school to add any more. No class in the two classes is damaged. So you can continue to use it.
I am also a class teacher at the same time. I use the class as my moral education base and try to manage it with modern educational concepts. I think it is very effective. Although the student foundation is not good, there is not much success in the past, but in my life. Here, I let them achieve it. 4. Other working schools sometimes combine the secondary school and the teaching assistant group for work needs. For example, meetings, discussions, questionnaires, donations, and inspections are all led by me. These people are located on the 1-5th floor of the back building. The front floor and the administrative building are opposite to each other, so the same work may be more troublesome here, but I still guarantee that the quality is completed. It is the turn of the administrative duty, I will look at the students' lunch very well, and take good care of the school at night.
