In order to improve water quality, I support the director of Wang to actively organize relevant personnel to explore how to strengthen water quality management under conditions of high algae water, anaerobic water in reservoirs, poor water interception capacity of the filter tank, continuously improve water quality, and ensure the completion of water quality of the company. aims.
1. Strengthen the publicity of the water quality awareness of employees and establish the idea of ​​water quality first. 2. Take measures to give full play to the water treatment capacity of the water production facilities. The first is to strengthen the organization of cleaning the sedimentation tank. V. Actively improve the comprehensive transformation work of our factory. According to the company's decision, I was appointed as the director of the comprehensive transformation office of the XXX factory. The office represents the owner and organizes the work under the leadership of the transformation leadership team. I participated in the selection and inspection of the soda kickback and filter automation equipment in the filter pool, participated in the feasibility study of the reform planning and design, and discussed all the meetings. In the selection of equipment, we strive to use first-class equipment. 6. Seriously organize the installation project of the Lushan main pipe into the factory and the installation of the Shifo booster pumping house. The Dangshan dry pipe clearing and darkening project will play a decisive role in reducing the secondary pollution of the West Lake by our factory. It is a project for the benefit of the people and a project for the people.
The interface project of the Lushan main pipe entering the factory is that our factory has foraged from the mouth of the winning unit, and it is also the first time that our factory has adopted the pipe jacking technology. The factory regards it as something really our own. Organize machine maintenance, electric repair, fleet, operation office and other personnel, consider various conditions such as foundation and equipment, and make adequate preparations to ensure the success of pipe jacking. After every construction worker worked together, staying up all night, fighting for 24 hours in a row, not taking a break on holidays, or even a 7-day holiday on National Day, there was no day off. The 60-meter pipe jacking project was successfully completed in accordance with the requirements of the company's project department and on the premise of ensuring the quality of the project. This construction not only tested the strength of our construction team, but also mastered the construction technology of pipe jacking, and also achieved the purpose of income generation.
After just completing the construction tasks in the factory, our factory received the order of the company's leaders. On XXX XXX, we entered the Shifo sinking pool booster pump room and installed the 4# and 5# pump units. 1. The reason why the turbidity of the factory water is not completed and the raw materials are super, and the cost is increased. First, this year, the Yellow River water has a rapid growth of algae in the 7 months of the year, and it has been the peak period. Second, in July and September, the Yellow River transferred water and sand twice, and the Changzhuang Reservoir emptied and repaired the dam culvert. The reservoir water was in anaerobic conditions. The state is not easy to handle; the consumption of raw materials in the two months accounts for 35.33% of the total consumption; the third is the rainwater around the Nangou and Xiliu Lake in the rainy season into the West Lake; the fourth is the ability of the filter to reduce pollution and reduce turbidity. When encountering high algae water, the mucus is attached to the surface of the filter bed, which is not good for recoil. The filter pool is like snow, and it needs to be reformed urgently. Fifth, the factory water turbidity is increased according to national requirements. In accordance with Zhang's efforts to do a good job in water quality, we did not hesitate to make good water quality requirements, reported to the company four times, and washed the filter three times. In the future, we will strengthen the algae removal work of high algae water, speed up the pace of transformation, and strive to meet the company's requirements.
