In order to further strengthen the teaching and research reform activities, in order to implement various teaching tasks, improve the quality of mathematics education and teaching in our school, improve the education and teaching level of undergraduate teachers, and coordinate with the school to do all kinds of work, the following plans are specially formulated:

First, the guiding ideology

This semester, the work of the mathematics group should, under the leadership of the teaching office, adhere to the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory, strive to practice the important thinking of the "Three Represents", implement the scientific development concept, and closely focus on the work guidance and school teaching work of the Education Bureau. Plan, adhere to the quality as the center, vigorously promote curriculum reform, implement quality education, people-oriented, build harmonious teaching, and promote students' all-round development.

Second, the main work

1. In-depth study of the new curriculum theory, accurately grasp the direction of the new curriculum reform, understand the trends of the new curriculum reform, in-depth study of the new national mathematics curriculum standards and the new national small mathematics teaching materials, and carry out the teaching practice with the basic concepts of the new curriculum Greatly optimize the teaching process and promote the transformation of teaching methods and learning methods.

2. Carry out “observation courses” and “research courses”, strengthen cooperation and exchanges among teachers, strengthen teachers' basic training in teaching, and emphasize that teachers use new ideas to guide teaching in classroom teaching. Teachers should recognize the important position of teachers in “promoting classroom teaching methods and changing student learning styles”, consciously facing the whole, respecting students, guiding learning methods, optimizing the process, leaving students with space for independent learning, and constantly improving The level of his own teaching, especially the skill level of using multimedia teaching equipment.

3. Grasp the regular work of teaching. Do a good job in all aspects of group preparation, teaching, class, assignment, and correction. Pay attention to alleviating the excessive burden of students and strive to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.

4. Carry out research on the work of training and helping the poor, so that the discipline can be effective and not in the form.

5. Study the new situation of the reform of the senior high school entrance examination in our province this year. Based on the teaching practice of the subject, on the basis of summarizing the experience of reviewing teaching last year, carefully prepare the preparation plan and study the corresponding measures.

Third, the specific requirements

1. Strengthen theoretical study, establish a new concept of curriculum reform, and continuously improve the quality of teachers. Use the time of each group to learn related theoretical articles, or organize teachers to watch related videotapes. Have the opportunity to arrange for teachers to go out to class and study.

2. Strengthening group preparation, strengthening exchanges and cooperation between teachers, forming a good atmosphere for teaching and research, reforming, strengthening classroom teaching routines, preparing lessons well before class, not preparing for unprepared classes, and classifying and refining in time. Reflect on the teaching methods, and make a record, and prepare specific materials for the research. Collective preparation for the class should be "five": there is a person responsible, have a fixed time, have clear content, have a center spokesperson, and have a detailed record.

3. Actively carry out teaching and research activities. Teachers should often go to the classroom to listen to the class, understand the situation, and sum up the experience; regularly organize observation classes, research courses, demonstration classes, and quality courses. Listen to each other, study materials, learn from each other, learn from each other, and improve the classroom teaching level of teachers. Each mathematics teacher will attend classes for no less than 15 sessions this semester. Each teacher will have at least one research class or observation class for one semester. It is required to organize lectures before the start of each class. After the class starts, the class activities should be carefully organized. Each time, the teacher of the same grade should give a review and ask each class teacher to participate in the evaluation and speak freely to achieve the goal of common improvement.

4, pay attention to the correction of mathematics assignments, to carefully review each assignment, sincerely evaluate each student, the day's homework should be corrected on the same day, and directly feedback to the students. The job correction shall be no less than 30 times, of which the study guide shall be revised no less than 5 times; the usual test shall be no less than 4 times.

5. After the end of classroom teaching, teachers should reflect on teaching in a timely manner, find out the successes and shortcomings and causes in classroom teaching, integrate their teaching behaviors, and then write teaching reflections or teaching essays. Each teacher must write weekly. Less than 1\4 new teaching reflections, each teacher writes at least one 800-word or more teaching reflection with a certain depth and quality in each semester, and communicates within the group.

6. Actively participate in various teaching and research activities such as high-quality course evaluation, lecture activities, and paper selection conducted by the municipal bureau. Supervise and guide students to participate in various math competitions and events organized by the Municipal Bureau.

7. Make full use of the blog grid to carry out teaching and research activities. The team leader must write 10 articles and review 100 articles each year. The teacher wrote 6 articles and commented 50 articles. It is necessary to encourage students to use the blog to participate in interaction, to form a teaching and research atmosphere of active learning, reflection, research, practice, cooperation and sharing between teachers and students, to promote teaching and research, and to achieve the purpose of teaching and research growth.

8. Do a good job in training and helping the poor, improve the pass rate and excellent rate, and reduce the low score. At the same time, teachers should be encouraged to make full use of the multimedia teaching platform to modernize teaching methods.

This year is the province's teaching quality year. Our department will study in-depth education and teaching theory, actively carry out education curriculum reform, comprehensively promote quality education, do a good job in regular teaching, strengthen teaching and research work, and teach quality to teaching and research. The main work and measures are as follows:

One. Teaching routine work

Undergraduate group teachers are required to develop a teaching work plan. Classroom teaching reflects the subjective status of students, improves the effectiveness of regular classroom teaching, and pays attention to classroom efficiency. According to the requirements of the school, the teaching routine inspection is carried out every 5 weeks. The inspection tasks include teaching plans, homework correction, composition correction, lectures, teaching and research activities, network teaching and research, and so on. Organize teachers to do the monthly assessment work, and the graduating class teachers should do the preparation for review.

Second, promote good practice in Chinese teaching

Before the class, let the students say some famous sentences, teachers to make comments; early reading or before class, check the students to recite the text; after class, ask students to write weekly notes, teachers to do inspections.

Third, teaching and research activities

Teaching and research activities are held once a week. Teachers of the same grade group prepare lessons in class and listen to classes. The establishment of the grade preparation team leader: Zhang Haisheng in the first grade, Peng Anbing in the second grade, Lin Shujian in the third grade, Wang Wei in the first grade, Wang Cidong in the second grade, and Chen Yingmin in the third grade. Open the class in the school. Before the second month of the exam, Li Yan took the quality class and Chen Haimei went to the public class. 5. Guide students
