The 20xx year is a particularly important year for the development of our school community. As an important carrier of college campus culture, student associations are the stage for cultivating students' hobbies, expanding the field of knowledge, cultivating ideological sentiments, and demonstrating the wisdom of talents. This year, the Youth League Committee attaches great importance to the work of the association. In order to make the development of the school community update, it is necessary to increase the management of the association and make the association enter into an institutionalized and standardized way. It is a faithful representative of the whole school student association. Planning and formation: Taekwondo Association, Chess and Card Association, Billiard Association, Badminton Association, Calligraphy Association, Billiards Association, Football Association...

Each association has its own development direction and unique charm, which can enrich the life of all students. However, the associations established so far are far from enough for a college or university that is gradually developing, becoming more and more concerned and more and more perfect. Therefore, in the future work, we will improve the construction of each association and form a new association with practical significance. We look forward to the strong support of the college leaders for the work of the community.

We will reform and supervise some of the existing deficiencies of the association; the hiring of the responsible persons of each association will be strictly in accordance with the "Provisions of the Yiyang Medical College Association"; the person in charge will be guided and trained.

The following is the planning of the activities of each association in the coming year:

1. Psychological Association: May hold psychological related lectures and film appreciation activities; May 25th Mental Health Day, holding a party;

2. Environmental Protection Association: Vigorously promote environmental protection, raise awareness of environmental protection, and carry out environmental protection activities.

3. Guitar Association: hire a professional teacher lecture; perform a themed performance with the music association; contact the piano to organize members to visit.

4. Literary Society: Active campus culture, improve students' interest in literature, hold a school-wide essay contest, select outstanding articles for publication; ask professional teachers for literary guidance.

5. Drama Club: Organize a script for paid collection activities, often rehearsing, and strive to have outstanding performances at the party.

6. Music Association: Please ask professional teachers for literary guidance, often rehearse, exchange experiences and skills, and carry out large-scale singing competitions.

7. Taekwondo Association: Get in touch with the off-campus remedial classes, conduct counseling training for students who are interested in hobbies, and strive to hand over a good program at the school evening.

9. In the coming year, we will focus on the management and development of the association. We hope that under the guidance of professional teachers, we will truly cooperate with the development of our school. Therefore, the associations need to have their own websites, use modern media to publicize the work of the associations: it is also necessary to strengthen the publication of newspapers, periodicals, etc., not to seek more, but to refine the activities of the associations in a timely manner.

3. Problems in the election of the association: The person in charge of the association is directly related to the development and stability of a society. Therefore, the person in charge of the association is particularly important. In the future, the person in charge of the association should be determined by 50% of all members, and the student office and the Youth League Committee should decide 50%. 4.
