2019 bilingual teaching work plan
After the successful "Bilingual Education in Suzhou" campaign, bilingual teaching is receiving more and more attention from schools. Since the bilingual teaching experiment in our school, with the support and care of the school leaders, we have made some progress in the past few years and gained some experience. Today, we are stepping forward on the road of bilingual teaching with a practical, diligent working attitude, innovative and unique working ideas. This semester bilingual teaching and research group will put forward higher requirements for the further deepening of bilingual teaching experiments. In view of the characteristics of bilingual teaching in the country, combined with the experience of bilingual teaching for several years, the bilingual teaching plan for this semester is specially formulated as follows:
I. Teaching and research time and requirements
During the semester, the attendance system of the teaching and research team leader will continue to be implemented. If the teacher has special events and cannot participate in the teaching and research activities, the teaching and research group should be notified the day before, and the attendance record should be recorded by the teaching and research team leader.
Second, the bilingual teaching requirements of this semester
1. Teaching plan. According to the age characteristics of primary school students, each bilingual teacher is required to insist on writing bilingual teaching plans, which can increase the use of bilingual reading books year by year. Under the premise of completing the teaching objectives, the bilingual experiment is conducted in the daily classroom teaching by means of infiltration. Regarding the amount of bilingual use, for the level of teachers in the group and the characteristics of the taught academic year and subject, it is initially determined that two relatively quality teaching plans are designed for each semester.
2. Class. The subject we are studying is the classroom effectiveness of bilingual teaching. Therefore, in this semester, we should implement the effectiveness of bilingual teaching classrooms and implement bilingual teaching. One of the important factors influencing the effectiveness of bilingual teaching is how many opportunities students have for bilingual learning. Rich learning opportunities increase students' “active learning time” and improve the effectiveness of bilingual teaching. Teachers should encourage them to speak English and maximize their oral training. Bilingual teaching is different from English teaching. It is only used as a tool in the classroom. Its purpose is to improve the practical ability of students to speak. Therefore, no matter which subject is bilingual, it should be closely related to the student's life, so that students can truly achieve something. At the same time, the real student life language is the most valuable teaching material for primary school students, which is conducive to students applying the fastest learning to life. The implementation of bilingual teaching is mainly infiltrated by the teachers of each class into the daily teaching of each day.
3. Listen to the class. In this semester, I hope that all teachers will prepare for class and class in advance according to the arrangement of teaching and research activities. At the same time, they will use the time of teaching and research activities to comment on the demonstration class.
