1. Planning to build a new city theater and cultural square. Therefore, in 2019, we proposed to do a good job in the preparation and demonstration of the New Town Theater, and complete the investment in the construction of the new city theater and the construction of the cultural square, and improve the main position of the people's cultural and entertainment life in the county.

2. Improve the construction of township cultural stations and the construction of township cultural squares. Township cultural stations and cultural squares are the main venues for the cultural activities of the people in towns and villages, and are the main fronts for the construction of spiritual civilization in the vast rural areas. However, at present, only 4 townships in 11 townships in our county have been built into township-level cultural stations, and the remaining township cultural stations are still co-operating with other departments. Therefore, in 2019, we will deploy according to the superiors, actively strive for funds, and continue to build township cultural stations and cultural squares.

3. Continue to promote the construction of rural cultural centers. In 2019, in order to speed up the pace of cultural construction in our county and comprehensively promote the construction of a new socialist countryside, the county party committee and county government will build 100 village cultural academies as one of the "ten practical things" for the people, as a perfection of our county culture. Infrastructure, enriching the important content of the people's cultural life, has effectively improved the backwardness of rural cultural infrastructure in our county. In 2019, we will continue to promote the construction of rural cultural academies, so that the rural cultural compound will become a new bright spot for our county to implement the spirit of the "17th National Congress" and build a new socialist countryside.

4. Further improve the internal supporting facilities of the existing cultural positions. After the completion of the county's large-scale publicity and cultural center, its internal supporting facilities are still incomplete, and the function as the main venue for propaganda culture cannot be fully utilized. In 2019, we will actively seek support from our superiors, further implement the internal supporting facilities of the existing cultural positions, and play an even greater role for the people at an early date.

According to the archives of the Provincial Department of Culture, the county library has been included in the county-level book resource sharing project planning.
