I. Resource protection work

1. Strengthen the management of forest resources. This year's freezing disaster has caused serious damage to the forest resources of our county. The clean-up of forests has become an important task of our county this year. Due to the wide-ranging clean-up work, the task of managing the source is heavy and difficult. In order to stabilize the forest order, under the careful guidance and overall arrangement of the county bureau, at the beginning of the year, I set up a series of effective measures for the cleanup and protection of forest trees after the disaster, and formulated the “Measures for the Implementation of Forest Tree Clearance after the Disaster” in the name of the county party committee and the county government. Each village and group in the county posted a Notice on Strengthening the Management of Forest Resources after Disasters. In the name of the Forestry Bureau, the “Emergency Notice on Strengthening the Management of Snow-pressed Wood Forest Harvesting” and “Improving the Management of Forest Resources after Disasters” were issued. Notice, a letter to the forest farmers’ friends will be printed to each farmer’s home. For each damaged mountain farm that has been approved, the specific supervision of the workstation personnel is implemented in each cutting area, and the supervision responsibility card is signed. At the same time, the county's cutting area self-inspection is also organized. From the inspection results, most of the county's mountain fields are pressed. The request was cleaned up, and there was no major chaos in the year of the disaster.

2. Strengthen the protection of forest land. This year, I stood to rectify the 9 cases of illegal land occupation in the county by the State Forestry Administration. Some have been administratively handled, and some have been handed over to the forest public security investigation. The results have been reported to the provincial government. At the end of June, the investigation and clean-up of forest land surveys were organized within the county, and three clean-up teams were set up to conduct a comprehensive and thorough investigation of illegal land acquisition and occupation of forests in accordance with the law, focusing on the illegal invasion and occupation of forest land. Further standardize the management of forest land resources in our county.

3. Ecological public welfare forest management. The county's ecological public welfare forest covers an area of ​​450,000 mu, including 100,000 mu of national public welfare forests and 350,000 mu of provincial-level public welfare forests. All public welfare forests have implemented the responsibility for management and protection, and the area has been implemented to the top of the mountain.

Second, forestry administrative law enforcement

At the beginning of this year, it organized the centralized training of administrative law enforcement personnel of grassroots forestry workstations in the county, strengthened the study of forestry laws and regulations, unified the printing of administrative law enforcement files, standardized the production of administrative law enforcement files, and laid a good foundation for the administration of forestry workstations in our county. In mid-October, the Bureau carried out a comprehensive self-examination of the administrative law enforcement of the workstations. From the results of the self-examination, the overall situation was good. All the stations in the law enforcement process were strictly in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, and the files were produced in a standardized and neat manner. The written expression is clear and accurate, the evidence collection is perfect, the punishment procedure is reasonable and legal, the punishment is properly measured, and there is no major violation of discipline and law.

Third, organize forestry production work

1. Create a job. This year is the first year of the implementation of the “big four small” afforestation project. In order to successfully complete the project, the workstation has organized the design of the afforestation operation of the county's 120,000 mu. The land preparation is nearing completion. Most of the workstations have completed the site inspection and acceptance. In addition, the workstation has also undertaken the inspection and acceptance of 118,000 mu of farmland and forests and 450,000 mu of ecological public welfare forests. The acceptance work has been completed.

2. Harvesting and utilization. This year is the year of forestry disasters. In order to do a good job in the cleanup of affected forests, the workstations conducted a comprehensive investigation of the forest disasters at the beginning of the year, and allocated forest harvesting and cleaning indicators according to the surveyed disaster situation, and compiled the forest cleaning operation design. After the forest reform clarified the property rights, the forest farmers themselves have the space for the development of forestry, but many forest farmers still lack the awareness of using forest resources to get rich. V. Policy promotion

In the policy propaganda work, the workstations of our county mainly adopted the issuance of leaflets, the production of billboards, the promotion of slogans, and the promotion of forestry policies and forestry laws and regulations by means of television, newspapers, and the Internet. This year, the county distributed a total of more than 100,000 leaflets, produced more than 60 fixed billboards, and brushed more than 200 slogans. Through multi-faceted and multi-channel publicity, forest farmers in our county have a deeper understanding of forestry laws, regulations and forestry policies. At present, the forest farmers' legal awareness has been continuously enhanced, and the enthusiasm for afforestation has been continuously improved, which shows that our county has achieved certain results in policy propaganda work.

6. Technology promotion

The implementation of the forestry property rights system gives forest farmers a good opportunity to get rid of poverty, but many farmers have always used farmland as the mainstay, and there is not much contact with afforestation, and technical support is urgently needed. As forestry and forestry promotion is currently not allowed, forestry science and technology promotion is particularly important. It mainly adopts a centralized training class, a consultation point on the street, and a combination of on-site technical guidance. Workstation productivity and enforcement levels depend on the level of service of the workstation staff themselves. In particular, the papermaking of forestry administrative cases, forest harvesting management, forest land management, and afforestation technology were listed as important courses. The level of administrative law enforcement and the level of afforestation technology have all improved significantly. In addition, our county has set strict requirements for the grassroots station members to study in peacetime. Each grassroots workstation requires two times of centralized study every month. Each station member must submit ten learning experiences each year.
