Third, the main work

1. Strengthen learning

Further grasp the collective preparation work. Strengthen the study of new curriculum standards and new textbooks. Strengthen the study of new textbooks and related teaching theories in physics and chemistry. Grasp the training and learning activities of new courses and new textbooks. Summing up, communicating, and rethinking new courses and successes and mistakes in the teaching process. There are no less than 10 collective business studies per semester. Each time you have a topic, a center spokesperson, the teacher should take notes.

2. Do a good job in the research of the subject. Determine a school-based teaching and research topic around the practical problems that teachers generally have in the curriculum reform experiment, and carry out a good research work.

3. Grasp the regular teaching and research work

Organize regular teaching and research activities for class, class, and class. Every regular teaching and research activity must be researched around a theme, and the content, personnel, location, form, etc. should be determined before the event in order to improve the quality of the activity.
